Your core belief is what keeps you sick, fat, miserable, and poor…
…but it is not easy to see your exact belief… A belief is a sentence… words… And without the exact sentence, you can’t release it
I have showed you a way or two to find your false belief in previous posts…
Another great way to suspect that there is a core belief is the following method? [note]how you know that something is a belief you live by is that for you it is the truth![/note]
Let’s suppose that you love movies. You watch a movie. You are spellbound. You are somehow kept in awe, but when someone asks what about that movie that does that magical thing to you, you have no
How you look at something changes what you see. Everywhere.
If you manage to change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
This is a PhD level statement… and a popular meme. But that is the essence of context.
Context is decisive, because how you look at something changes what you see. Decides what you see. Yourself, others, life, your options, your chances for success, happiness. Everything.
And because how you do anything is how you do everything, including looking, your life has a theme, that is not what you would like its theme to be.
You want success. And You want leisure. You want grace and ease. And of course You want love. But wh
Diagnosis: what is it and why is it important for your emotional and physical well being? Or for your money, your relationship, your happiness? Summary: In this article I prove that only by going back to the root of the discomfort, dis-ease, and misfortune, that you can “heal” the present and make the future more to your liking. Whether it is in the area of your health, wealth, relationships, emotions, or your spiritual life.
How do you start revealing the core belief that is the linchpin of your whole belief system about yourself, about the nature of the world, or about other people?
I am going to use my own example, because that I know it intimately… because I am aware of all my thoughts and because I have been consciously looking.
Rule number 1: never believe that you have found THE answer. The answer may be deeper than where you are. Example: I thought that my core belief was that I didn’t have the right to live. It felt dramatic, and I shifted it. I could have gone my merry way, but that would have been a mistake.
Rule number 2: Your core belief is what irks you about other people. What do I mean?
I just finished listening to a 30-minute audio where the dude was sharing how great he was, what great things he does, and how much money he was going to make with it.
Is There Any Healing Modality More Valid Than Others? Do any of them work better?
Though it seems that the healing modality that works for you is the only modality that would work for anyone, the truth is that the modality that works for you is the right healing modality for you and for people that have an affinity to the same modality.
What do I mean by that, and what the heck is healing modality anyway?
Modality, just like when we approach learning, or self expression, has a tendency to choose us: we don’t have much of a choice in them.
In learning we can be auditory, or visual, or kinesthetic: they are learning modalities.
In healing ailments, physical, emotional, psychic, intellectual, or even political: Some peo
What is the difference between a failure, a never do well, an underachiever, a disappointment, and the ‘successful ones’ Like Tony Robbins, like T. Harv Eker? Like, maybe, Wayne Dyer?
Are they smarter? Some of them, but not all.
Are they better looking, harder working, better educated, better connected? Some of them, but not all.
Yet, they are successful… what is the difference? What is the difference, across the board, case after case, maybe in every case?
My business is to teach you and coach you to do what it takes to raise your vibration.
It is very difficult to explain to anyone how to raise their vibration… because your current vibration prevents you from hearing what I say. And yet, my job is to teach you how to raise your vibration.
A few weeks ago I asked all my subscribers to answer a question: “what do you want in your life?”
I intentionally made the question very generic and very general, because some of the subscribers have been my students, and some spent as many as one hour total on the site, so there is a whole range of people with a whole wide range of exposure to my work.
Most of the answers were predictable: people said what they wa
Some 35 years ago I participated in a Creativity Seminar. Creativity: LIVING at risk.
It taught: move towards the fear, call it excitement.
I don’t like excitement. But I followed the command: I ALWAYS move towards the fear… and call it fear… lol…
I take pride in it. Yesterday I muscletested and I am afraid of most things… and have always been. But I allow most fears to guide me towards what I am afraid of.
So I don’t like the ‘maxim’, the lame ass advice people repeat ad nauseum.
