Sometimes even if you just say it to yourself it makes a difference.
Yesterday, on the Path coaching call, two of the seven participants asked for help. This morning something pulled me back to bed after I got up. I considered it guidance, and I got back to bed. What came next was amazing: trips down memory lane, all centering around mental illness, mental stability, your TLB, and what was in common among the many people I remember so clearly, people I spent time with in mental institutions. As an empath, other people’s feelings, emotions tend to tug at me. today 99% of what I feel is not mine… But before I became conscious, before I started to climb the consciousness tree, 30% of the feelings I felt were mine. I also had a lot more voices in my head… all talking at the same time. The only reason I know, with 20/20 hindsigh My Playground course is designed to bring the participants back to pre organized-religion times, where being in sync, being in harmony, being in step with Life is natural and not a sin. But it is a B-i-t-c-h to teach. Why? And, of course, this includes raising your vibration, transformation, healing: pretty much all the things you expect someone or something to provide. Human Being is powerful, is meant to be powerful. Waiting for something to be given to you is PRETENDING TO BE POWERLESS. Not a hum Warning: I do not call weight loss transformation… getting smaller, eating less, eating different is not transformation… and you may need transformation to change… Do not continue if you are here for weight loss advice, please… Are you serious about your transformation, about your vibration, about your connection to Soul? Most say yes, but when the push comes to shove, their actions speak louder than words. In certain areas I am just about to break through: certain areas are harder than others. This is a question not many people would be able to answer authentically. Authentically means answering from their own experience. I can. Why can’t other people? Because most humans go through life with their eyes closed, asleep. Things happen to them they don’t act as cause in their lives, they don’t even consider it. They don’t live consciously. These compounds are pro When you have a transformation, where do you see it? First off: did you or didn’t you have a transformation? Good question, right? Because, after all, you are still spending a lot of time in your head, you still have feelings you don’t like, and you are still not a millionaire, don’t bed young women, didn’t lose the extra 30 pounds… so how would you know if you had a transformation or not? let me give you a few examples from my own journey of transformation. The dude, Tim Denning recovered from anxiety of decades, debilitating anxiety by testing himself in situations where he had been anxious, and proved to himself that he wasn’t anxious as a law, as a rule, sometimes he wasn’t. So he asked himself two questions: What if mental illness is lying? What if mental illness is simply conditioned thinking? My guess is that this article may be the most damaging to the current status quo, current success myths that keeps people that follow the common knowledge stuck in their misery. My second guess is that it’s because I myself am just now going through the process of liberating myself fully from this common knowledge. With transformation, with success, with raising your vibration, there is no way around hard stuff, only through it. The shortcut leads through the stuff… Said in another way: the shortcut is not an easy way, it is the hardest, emotiona All emotions are created by words… and therefore we can call all emotions marker feelings. Real feelings are through our sensory organs, and their purpose is to inform us about our outside and inside reality, so we can do what we need to do to be well. Marker feelings create first a feeling and then an interpretation of that feeling… and we call that an emotion. As an empath I feel what you feel, but what emotion you call it depends on your interpretation of the feeling… all interpretations are words… For example, your pressure in your stomach, depending on your history, can indicate fear, dread, resistance, or many other emotions… Read the original article: Marker feelings
