stuck on a plateauRegardless of what you do, how you do it, how good or bad your life is… you are always stuck… Stuck in some deep bad place, or stuck on a plateau… stuck is stuck.

So learning what keeps you stuck and how to unstuck yourself, at will, is one of the most important things you can do… and the sooner the better. Because being stuck is not fun.

Cognitive biases, those knee jerk reaction tiny pieces of automatic responses, are at the root of your misery.

When you decide to do something for yourself… to grow…

I don’t know if you can recognize this situation, but my hunch is: you should.

Your attention is divided. Your intentions are divided. And NOTHING gets done.

It should be a daily concern… if it is not, you are probably in a rut.

What is a rut? A trench… you can either go forward or you can go backwards… Or stand still, hoping that it will give you a sense of being alive.

Whenever you add a new task, you have to go through this state: if you don’t, then you didn’t mean to add the task.

OK… soul correction. Why is it called soul correction, why are people who have the same soul correction similar, and what is this correction… this is what this call is about… The process of becoming a Self… a human being.

I am still trying to find my way… and given how slow I evolve, it may take a while.

I have had a 90 minute call on Sundays for nine years now. Half of each call is worth to be made public.

So I am going to see what I can publish without offending people, without curse words, and containing good and entertaining conversation.

This is the first attempt… I’d like to get feedback.

I do a lot of my “discovery” work in these calls, because having a person to bounce off ideas, a person who is a great listener, a person who gives a good echo is the perfect environment for this type of work.

If you are human, you are hungry for stories — the power of reading

The question is: where are you get your stories from?

Most of you get it in gossip.

Many get it in soap operas as well… not much better than gossip.

I recommend that you read. Quality novels or short stories… It enriches, while gossips or gossipy TV shows don’t.

Neither do romance novels…

You need to satisfy the hunger, but just like with food, some foods nurture, others fill you up with crap.

So choose wisely.

Diet cults vs. how life intends that you eat

I mostly hated it, especially when he is elaborating on his non-cult cult’s rules… ugh.

What is most striking in all the diet-cults, to me, is their ignorance of the fact that food, unless it is prepared in a tasty, mouth-watering way, isn’t nourishing for most people.

I had two health calls in the past two days, and both people ate in a cultish way, for health. What they shared are these:

  1. Their essential nutrients were not fully supplied to the body, even though the foods they ate had them.
  2. They ate according to someone’s idea of healthy eating.
  3. Both had a fa
