I don’t know about you, but most funnymen don’t make me laugh out loud. Maybe because I am still under the spell of the music in the previous article, but I am uplifted by the humor in the following video… But the guy is funny in a really genius way…
One of my defining experiences was in 2003 in New York City.
I was invited to a huge drum circle. The experience of being part of something larger than yourself is the most inspiring “big picture” of your life, and if you can feel it, hear it, sense it, then it can be recalled and inspire till the rest of your days.
Here is a video that was shot in many places in the world, where the musicians played both locally and on the internet, making music, like a drum circle through the internet.
The biggest picture is so big, that your whole life fits in there, with every aspect of it.
For example health: the reason to be healthy so you can accomplish YOUR big picture. No heath, no energy, no big picture.
You need to ask the question: what do I want to use my life for? Your big picture is up to you. But beware that if it is too big, or inauthentic, you will cause yourself sufferin
I love Doctor Who… My favorite thing about the doctor is that he never forgets, never loses sight of the big picture… almost never.
In one of the episodes he does… and it is the episode I go back, and watch it again. To watch the transformation back and forth from doctor to stupid earthbound human back to doctor.

Inner peace… is it possible for you? Inner Peace is elusive, like health. What do you call peace? The lack of war? What do you call health? Lack of illness? Imagine that you are walking in a forest, on a footpath on a beautiful summer day. The … Continue reading Feeling lonely? Are you sure […]
Warning: this article is a little sloppy… in time I’ll clean it up. I just wanted to get it out. Enjoy.
We tend to see the same thing over and over. It is called: already always listening. Or sometimes it is called “a seeming”. And yet other times it is called prejudice.
Whether it is there or not doesn’t depend on your vibration. What depend
I have a student who seems to be looking for reasons to be unhappy, angry, frustrated. And not surprisingly she finds something. Always.
She is working on her health and well-being, and part of that is to document every breakfast, lunch and dinner time what she eats, what she drinks, what she does, what she feels like, and whether she had a bowel movement or not. These are all indicators of her well-being and progress.
This morning I realized something: her diary says: bowel movement: small. She doesn’t say: bowel movement: yes (or no, whatever is the case.) No she says: small.
