The opposite of a twitchy little bastard is someone who is steady.
But what is steady? it is a how… It is not a what.
I have been pondering this for a few days now.
All good things follow The Anna Karenina Principle. Surprisingly to most, The Anna Karenina Principle doesn’t say what you have to do to be happy, rich, or thin. It, instead, says HOW you need to be to have that.
Confusing, isn’t it?
The how is also the HOW to do what you are doing so it gives you the result you wanted.
In some other words, your how means: be the type of person who does things the way you need to do things to get what you want.
I read the book many years ago. Just after it came out. I had been wondering if it was fiction. The number of websites on the bible codes is high, bad sign. If it were really true, probably no one cared, I reasoned.
Until today. I found a move that is the Kabbalah Centre’s take on the bible code. Fascinating. The Bible Codes according to Kabbalah
Desire vs ambition. What is the difference? Which one should you have?
For most people words mean something… approximately. Their life reflects this unclarity. Clarity is one of the most important determinants of one’s life… this is why I measure it in the starting point measurements.
I watched a guy who until his clarity went up to 3500, he was miserable.
Most people I measure have a clarity of 200-400. Puny at best, sh*tty life. Guaranteed.
Ok, desire and ambition. Let’s agree what the words mean… energetically.
Desire is 100% desire to receive for the self alone. Wanting something for yourself but not being willing, not even consideri
A good 20 years ago I had lunch with a famous seminar leader from Landmark. We had a long history, and she shared with me how unhappy she was, and how ready she was to quit leading seminars for Landmark Education.
I was quite dumbfounded… she was the best in the country, the most effective…
She said: “We teach people to be more effective, and many use the technology to be more effectively dupe people, abuse people, exploit people, make the world a worse place than it would be if they were not equipped with what we teach them.”
I didn’t have an answer for her… but I was pondering that myself for the past 20 years.
Sometimes you need to see a bad attitude, a bad behavior, and suspect that what you are looking at is a mirror. Ugh.
I saw ingratitude with one of my clients and it was killing me.
It took me some time, but I started to see my own attitude in the client.
Whenever I see something ugly about myself I swing into action… Remember? There is no way I am going to be anything less than magnificent… Why? I am sure it’s ego. I am sure it’s superiority.
But ego and superiority can fuel growth… and I use it abundantly. [note]I have gone back to expanding the practice of generosity: beyond what I have allowed myself to do.
I started to see that generous and stingy keep me stuck
I found a movie that explains this. The explanation will surprise you and delight you. It is actually easier to travel between the universes than you thought. You don’t need a time machine, and you don’t need a rocket that flies faster than light. You have been actually doing it without your knowledge.
Find out what you have been doing, so you can start doing what you have always wanted to do.
Does the intelligent person have more brain cells?
The difference is to what degree they use what they have. Or how they use it… or for what…
It is said, that most people use 2-3 percent of their brain. That statement is not entirely true, they use more, but not for thinking.
The rest of the brain is used for fear based negative thoughts. Or to mill water… Ponder stuff that doesn’t matter, fret, worry, explain in your head… yeah, the stuff your mind is busy with.
The difference between a highly intelligent person and the normal person is how much of their brain capacity is available to use for work, for planning,
The first 42 letters of the Torah, (The Old Testament) are powerful tools for creation. Each line of the 7-line prayer consist of 6 letters, and each line has a different energy, removing time between cause and effect, infusing your being with the power of creation, purifying, removing ego, etc.
This is part two for whatever day it is. Thursday.
So what I said in the previous segment is that until you can tell the difference between what you say and what the machine says, there’s no chance that you can change your context.
Now, it’s a little bit deeper than that. Because … and that’s why without integrity nothing works.
It’s an integrity issue.
We humans consider integrity in a very pedestrian way. You don’t cheat, you don’t lie, you keep the Ten Commandments and all that morality issue. But, that is not what integrity really is.
Integrity is that, but it is just the bottom of integrity. The real integrity has something to do with WORD.
Truth value is a number… a percentage of the truth in what is measured…
I normally use the phrase for a body of knowledge. A book. A course. The whole knowledge or world view of a person, a group, or a culture.
Truth here doesn’t go beyond what the “body of knowledge” represents. So if this body of knowledge does contain pieces of very relevant knowledge, but we don’t know about it, even then this missing knowledge is part of the 100% with which we compare the truth found in the body of knowledge.
There could be a person who knows 100 things, while others know a million. But this person’s knowledge could be 70% truth value. While if everything he knows could be part of everyone’s knowledge, and yet the everyone’s truth value could be as little as 2-3%. A simple math problem…
Often a person consumes knowledge, but mixes in his convictions and beliefs, and dilute the truth value of the original… Let’s say 100% truth goes in, only 3% of truth comes out.
