Tr. Blessing, Tr. Foundation

Trivedi Guruji If you want to raise your vibration (raise your vibrational frequency) any modality under 500 is a poor choice. This includes religion, etc. Everything. Under 500… won’t raise your vibration. Under 500 everything is Tree of Knowledge: disconnected from Source

Trivedi energies, blessing: 195 (They are Dark Side energies, that’s why the low vibration)

Trivedi, an East Indian scientist or engineer? A hack? A guru? A fraud? is new to the American scene.

He gives blessings, in person, in groups, and over the telephone to large number of people.

His stated purpose is to prove to the scientists that this works, so he also gives blessings to animals, growing fields, etc.

I went on his monthly blessings $50 a pop program.

Where does the energy come from that you ‘spew’ Sophie?

Is the energy from the practitioner, or is the energy from Source?
I first experienced energy from someone else back in the year 2000.

Just like many others, of course I have experienced the energy between my two palms when you are slowly separating them… but although that was quite dramatic to my Communist addled brain, I didn’t make it mean much.

But what I happened in 2000 was dramatic and made me change how I viewed the world from thereon.

What your teacher is learning is how to deal with YOU!

I am learning (from this famous marketer) that you need to address your product you want to sell to the hardly 7% ambitious ones in your market… or you likely won’t make many sales…

Ambitious means that you want the result enough to actually do something for it.

It doesn’t mean what it meant in the former Soviet Block countries. There it meant that one only cares about himself, and willing to climb over dead bodies to get it. That is what ambitious meant in Hungary, and it wasn’t a nice thing.

What is your “mindshare” percentage?

I need to start with an apology: the expression “mindshare” is very misleading. It would be better to say: “being hooked by the mind” or “living in the mind” percentage…

Let me explain something:

The Mind evolved to chatter, blah blah blah. Mostly to warn you of impending doom, danger, to make you less unsuspecting, naive, like a child.

Can you stop the thoughts? Positive or negative?

No way. It is like trying to stop Niagara Falls… not going to happen.

Can you change the thoughts?

The biggest leap to happiness, health, wealth, love…

If you wanted to make the biggest leap up… happiness, health, wealth, love…

What do you think you’d grow?

Some measures are easier to grow than others.

Some measures, like everywhere in life, will grow easily, but  overall their effect will be small.
While others create an avalanche-like result when you grow them even just a little bit..

What’s the Truth about You? Do you have the Skill to raise your vibration?

What’s the Truth about You? What is the most important faculty in raising in your vibration?
I am bringing this post forward given that I have a workshop coming up teaching about the same topic… https://www.whatsthetruthaboutyou.com/

Is it how good a person you are? No.
Is it how many times you come to a call? No.

I hate to be the one telling you this… but what decides your vibration is how well you control your attention.

What operates your attention is either you or everything else.

You are either inner powered, or outer powered, powered by your emotions, powered by your feelings, by circumstance, by the voices, by the memes, by your schedule, by your phone, by social media.

2 Simple Meditation Techniques to Practice Daily

This is an article I copied from someone’s blog. This article is a great example of how meditation is taught.

Meditation is an ancient technique, and its main purpose was to gain insight into life, into nature, into how the world works through going withing and upwards.

It wasn’t practiced to get healthy, to get exercise, to calm down, to deal with stress. The mindset that you want something and use meditation to get it firmly anchors you in the horizontal plane, where your wants and your likes and dislikes live.

Real meditation is to get you to the vertical plane, where your wants, likes and dislikes are just noise. Where you don’t need anything, because you live in the domain of being, the domain of Human Being.

That doesn’t mean you don’t do, and that doesn’t mean you don’t like or dislike. It only means: you don’t live through those likes and dislikes: you live through being, experiencing the likes and dislikes. No emotional attachment.

This is what I teach, and this is what is possible: a glorious way to live. Now, here is the “borrowed article” you wanted to read. Enjoy.

While it may be next to impossible to find a quiet place for meditation, a constant sense of tranquility is essential to recharge and relax our minds. What follows are simple meditation techniques that you can perform at your own convenience.

Try these two simple meditation techniques that you can do on your own, without the help of a professional or expert.

1. Vipassana: The Art of Conscious Breathing.

Considered the easiest meditation technique, Vipassana simply requires you to be ‘aware of your breathing’. This meditation technique traces its root to Gautama Buddha who follows the philosophy referred to as the “Golden Mean”. He believes that going extreme is not necessary, be it in terms of fasting or in prayer. Vipassana is the perfect type of meditation for the modern man because it can be done anywhere, at any time.

Breathing is among the most natural process in our body that we can easily be aware of. It is also considered to be the sacred link between our body and our soul.

In Vipassana, the rule is simple: just be aware of your breathing process. Do not control it, but feel your breath as the air enters your body and exits. (Vipassana should not be confused with ‘Pranayam’, a breathing exercise taught in yoga which controls breath movements.)

In meditating using the technique of Vipassana, you should simply ‘watch your breath’. Although you can do this anywhere, it is highly advised that you set a specific time and place to undergo this meditation daily.

2. Mantra Meditation: A Process of Positive Reinforcement.

Feeding our minds with optimistic thoughts does eventually lead to positive results. Mantras are words or phrases that you chant, act as the focal point for the meditation. It has been used as early as the time before the popularity and rise of Buddhism. It is considered to be an ancient meditation technique

What is it that you can’t see that if you saw it you could, finally, become happy?

I am republishing this article, because distinguishing is the most missing thing for humans at this day and age.
When I test people in the starting point measurement, the number that relates to this is the clarity score: how many words they can use accurately. I won’t explain why they are connected… just know that when you can’t hear and can’t see, your clarity is about the same as a blind person’s… with an ear muff…
It’s a rare opportunity to go from innocent infant to all-seeing adult, being able to observe it at the same time.

When I first did the Landmark Forum, the koan of the session was: for you everything is the same as everything else, except that not always.

When you are an infant, for you everything is the same as everything else… no distinctions. No distinction between your body and the environment. You are just as ready to suck on your feet as you are ready to suck on someone else’s finger.

From time to time you’ll see something strange, like you reach out, as always, and your hands remain empty: the object you reach for is out of reach…

You learn the world, your world, slowly, and experientially. Through seeing, hearing, touching, tasting… like a baby.

My first ever webinar in 2009 on getting unstuck

Life is like a spiral staircase… Every problem, every issue will come back to be addressed on a hopefully higher level… Issue like getting unstuck.

I once read a story about Gandhi. A woman came to him with his child. He asked Gandhi to tell the child that eating sugar is bad for him.

Gandhi listened, and then said: please come back in two weeks.

The woman and the child left… and supposedly traveled for days to get home, and then come back again.

They came in, and Gandhi simply said to the child: Don’t eat sugar. It’s bad for you.

The woman piped up: why couldn’t you say that a week ago?

Gandhi answered: Two weeks ago I myself was eating sugar…

This is the story that came up for me this morning.

I am in the middle of a two-day course I am taking (the recordings, of course). A course that teaches people about sales, and why people buy and why people don’t buy. Fascinating, insightful. Fantastic insights already…

I suddenly understand why I bought a course to learn how to put up virtual summits, and yet decided that I am not going to do it. It was an expensive course. Oy.

What I’ve gleaned I had been unfamiliar with.

The belief that I can’t do it, that if I tried to do it it would be a disaster.

There have been things before, things I bought but didn’t even try, but never before had I the clarity that a belief tells me that I can or can’t do.

Why did it come up now? Aren’t you curious?

For 70 odd years it didn’t come up, and suddenly it is there in all its ‘glory’… Why now?

And suddenly I saw: it came up like Gandhi’s sugar… Until I go through myself, it is inauthentic for me to teach it.

A few weeks ago I taught that if you look at life and everything in it as a process, you can get anywhere with enough desire to get there.

I said that as you go through a carefully crafted process, you reshape yourself and your beliefs…

One of my students who has never done anything in his life and that is how he knows himself promptly signed up to a program where I promise to teach that process…

He was really excited. Then. Then proceeded never to do the process. I think he didn’t hear it… I think maybe he already forgot that there is such a process.

If you want something, but you don’t do anything towards it, of course you won’t have it.

Do all courses, or most courses take you through a process to change who you are for yourself?

I don’t think so. And most people whose beliefs say they can’t do something, end up living their entire lives that way.

Now, back to Gandhi.

Gandhi didn’t feel right to tell a child to do something that he himself didn’t do. So he took two weeks to stop eating sweets and then he asked someone to do something that he had done himself: stop eating sugar.

I think my inner guidance threw up this belief, made it visible, so I can first have compassion for my student, and second go through the process of overcoming it, if I have big enough desire for what it would give me.

So you see, most teachers, most trainers, most everybody including your parents, never went through what you have to go through to learn and live a life they love.

So they cannot help you to get unstuck, to build a new you, so you can finally have what you want. They themselves have remained stuck.

And even if they knew what to do, no amount of speaking or teaching is useful… unless it comes exactly at the right moment… and takes you through the unstuck process holding your hand.

Eventually you learn the process, but while you are in the midst of an upset, of being stuck, you need someone to hold your hand all the way.

Yesterday I demonstrated that with my Friday morning talks person on our call…

All my courses, all my conversations are geared to get you unstuck.

My moniker could be Sophie ‘get unstuck‘ Benshitta

Obviously getting you unstuck when we are on a call is one thing, it is quite another thing to teach you the moves of getting unstuck.

We could say that Churchill’s famous saying: success if going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm could be reworded: going from getting stuck to getting stuck without loss of enthusiasm… because you know how to get unstuck.

So what gets you stuck?

Mostly what gets you stuck… on the deepest root level, is a belief and a concern… A combo.

Or if you wish, the ‘therefore’.

If I did this… if they did this… or god forbid, I didn’t do this… if they didn’t do this… then this will be necessarily follow… this is the therefore.

And whether you knew it or not, you are energetically anchored to these therefore-s… You may have one, most people have at least two.

They are all mind-constructs… The little runty lion cub didn’t have it. So he never stopped, never gave up, he just kept on trying until that proved to his mother that he was going to live. That he is worth the energy it takes to feed him, protect him, because he will live.

A lot of humans, put into that same situation, being injured, being little, would have given up. We would have a lot less humans on earth, and we would have a species where every specimen earned their right to live.

But of course this is not a politically correct picture…

Getting stuck is normal.

Getting unstuck is not very normal…

Stuck with what?

Unless you can tell that you are stuck, no process can be useful for you to get unstuck.

Getting stuck can happen in many different way. For example: you get entangled in trying to figure out what something means, what someone meant.

  • You can get entangled in one of the voices in your head, the voices that say something about you. About what you are like, what you can do and what you can’t.
  • You can get stuck in a process… and not see anything outside of it.
  • Or You can get stuck in overwhelm…
  • In a cycle of doing something harmful to yourself…

No matter what you are stuck in, no matter how long you have been stuck there, stepping back and increasing the distance between what is happening and your eyes… so you can see more of what is OUTSIDE of that DITCH… that you are stuck in.

I lead a course a few years ago, called the Detached Method of Getting Unstuck. It taught this simple step: to step back… to disengage emotionally from what you are stuck with. To ‘detach’ from it.

Admittedly it is not very easy. The idea or thought you are attached to feels like an anchor…

And energetically it is.

This is why I have been pulling the anchors I find for people… anchor to entitlement… which is, surprisingly a belief: that things should be in a certain way. You should be treated in a certain way… Life should be in a certain way.

Or to the dominant belief’s therefore anchor, the anchor to doom: which feels threatening and certain.

Some 25 years ago I got unstuck, and it cost me a pretty penny I couldn’t easily afford at the time.

I was looking at the world through narrow cone of vision, and outside of that narrow cone everything appeared to be threatening… so I narrowed my cone of vision even tighter.

I entered into training at a behavioral optometrist’s office in Central Jersey. A Behavioral Optometrist specializes in behavioral optometry which is a specialty in the field of optometry, It is concerned with how your eyes and visual system function. It is interested in how your behavior affects vision or how your vision influences your behavior.

And if the doctor I went to is anything to go by: he had tools and methods and exercises to expand my cone of vision, to train me to do it for myself.

I still practice it every day… I can see clearly what it cost you to have narrow cone of vision… and occasionally to me, when I forget myself.

What they train, what I was trained in are visual skills.

  • Holding, focusing your attention is largely a visual skill, although it appears to be independent of the eyes.
  • Stepping back, detaching from what seems to be holding your eyes/attention: that is also a visual skill.

In essence, if you got really skillful visually, you would be able to pull your anchors… even though the anchors are not visual, they are energetic.

I often use the expression: you painted yourself into a corner… because all your thoughts, all your beliefs, all your shoulds and shouldn’ts ultimately paint you into a corner, and there is no way to escape: you are stuck there.

But if what got you there can be revealed, made visible, made malleable (not rigid) then you can get unstuck, bit by tiny bit… And the even better news is that you can stop getting habitually stuck…

In my weekly conversation with my Friday talking partner on the Distinctions podcast we do all kinds of things that serve what she is dealing with.

She is a prime example of someone who gets frequently stuck. Not always the same way, mind you, she mixes it up… so it’s never repetitive.

I could sell the recordings of those conversation as a course if I could trust you to have the astuteness to see what is what… But I don’t.

So I will have to teach you…

…so I can identify the moves to you, and the purpose of the moves… so you can learn them and hopefully recognize the issue when they are the tools to unstuck yourself.

As I was researching my history… it became very clear to me that I have wanted to teach getting unstuck for a long time…

I had my first webinar ever, and it was on the topic of getting unstuck. It was 13 years ago… It was part of a course I learned how to build webinars… and that was my graduation work…

I don’t like lecturing, but it was like a lecture.

I just re-listened, and it is still accurate… It is the entire foundation of the work I do.

You can buy it for a nominal fee… And I let you watch it on desktop and laptop for a buck… That is a dollar.

Why? if you take the time to watch two 45 minute long presentations that can change your life, then I know that if I actually work with you, you’ll do the work.

You want a great life enough… While most people, 90% of all people wouldn’t do ANYTHING for what they want. They are STUCK in wanting.

Anyway, here is the link to the two part webinar… on getting unstuck.
