Why are most self-help books, courses worthless?

Why are most self-help books, courses worthless?

Worthless other than being boring? lol…

They bore the heck out of me… but that is my problem, I guess.

The reason they are worthless because they talk about what to do, but they never teach about consolidation.

My teacher in creating courses taught that the first session needs to give people a quick big win… so they get excited and stay in the course.

An upset 3 year old is running your life?

The drama triangle… switch up the roles!

The drama triangle is a useful model inside which you can examine, re-live, and heal any conflict.

Conflict is a nice name where what one person/ one company/    one group/ one country’s point of view, self-interest doesn’t agree with some other person’s or group’s self-interest.

It’s normal. But it is doubly normal for children. Small children. A conflict with the parents.

Muscle Testing Your Own Vibration. Is it low? Is it high?

You want to know your vibration. Or if I want to be more precise, your EGO wants to know. It’s a curiosity thing. It doesn’t have anything to do with anything else. Novelty, exciting, fleeting.
And you should want to know. Knowing where you are is mandatory if you want to get anywhere else. No map will do you any good unless you know where to put the big X on the map: here I am. Or sometimes:
‘Darn… here I am. I thought I was somewhere else…’

The Self, the spinal wave, intention, will, responsibility

The Unconditional Love Activator is a simple activator. If you can allow it to work on you, it can silence the crew that is protesting. It can silence the ‘Precious I’ who you consider yourself to be, and allow the two selves to connect.
So what happens when you, who you consider yourself to be, and your Self, the core, the empty space connect?
You see, that empty space is like a vertical pipe. It goes from the center of the Earth to All-of-it. To Source.

So the moment you, who you consider yourself to be, connects to the Self, through the Self you can be connected to All-of-it.

That is a ‘can be’, because it needs you to INTEND to connect.
Intention is not the same as wanting.
You have been wanting all your life, but intending? Most of you have never intended anything. Intention comes from the Self… as does Responsibility, and even the Will.

But once your two selves can connect, you can activate the spinal wave… and life will never be the same.

The 1000, aka The Superiors, unconsciously activate the spinal wave, and their effectiveness comes from there.

They are entirely acting on the captain’s orders, not on the many voices of the crew.

Is the crew silent in them? No. But who they consider themselves to be, the captain, doesn’t listen to the crew, or not often.

If and when they do, in that moment, they stop being a 1000.

And this takes us to something very important:
Yesterday’s accomplishment is a memory today, unless it is consolidated. If it stays in existence. If you can build on it.
In this work we primarily work with energy-like stuff… and energy, the moment isn’t fed, disappears.
energy, the moment isn’t fed, disappears.
The path between the two selves, the moment you stop giving it energy, grows into a tangle of brambles… meaning: you can’t permanently shut up the crew, the voices, anything.

Just like you are told to brush your teeth every day, I tell you to attend to your spiritual self every day.

It takes time, and it takes undisturbed, uninterrupted time. Alone time.

If your entire day has background noise, the TV, radio, music with words, people, you won’t be able to consolidate.

You won’t be able to stay in touch with and heed the Self’s guidance… you will be like the ship that has no captain, and every crew member will have a voice. The loudest, the worst voices win.

Just look at America. Can you see that the ‘warrior women’, simple crew members, holler and occupy air time. No head… no captain… a ship going in zig-zag to no good place, guaranteed.
So what could change you, the you you consider yourself to be, to actually do work that you have never done. To do work consistently.
Some hope or desire to get to the Promised Land? The desire for freedom? A life you love? power?

I say all of these propeller like energies are insufficient to keep you consistently in action.

They are weak, and even the memory of a little success sucks the energy out of them. So you’ll stop… you’ll say you have enough.
So

How Bad Do You Want It? Money, Love, Success?

I love this video. I love it for two reasons:

1. the guy speaking is a good match for what he says, in his energy
2. the answer he comes up is at least in the ballpark (neighborhood) of what the true motivator is.

Watch it, it’s a valuable lesson. If your efforts thus far haven’t taken you closer to what you want, then your answer may lie in the missing component.

Now, if you haven’t gone far in the direction of your wants, it would be a good idea to explore what’s in the way, would not you think?

The purpose of the Reality Challenge is to find your Self

If you ever tried to meditate. If you are a ‘meditator’. And if the idea of meditation brings up bile to your throat… like for me.

OK who else? Oh, those who couldn’t give a shriveled nut for the idea of mediation… so all people…

The only thing meditation wants you to do is to look within. You spend almost all your life looking outward, and have no idea about what is inside.

I have found a great resource

I am thinking of using Osho’s dynamic meditations to guide people to no-mind. Sneak in a little fun, sneak in physicality, sneak in joy… Instead of the anxiety and seriousness most people relate to the getting-out-of-the-mind issue.

As I was searching to download the music of those great meditations, I found a series of articles and quotes, by Osho, on fake gurus. Here is an article on U.G. Krishnamurti. A few months ago I would not have believed him, but I saw a video on youtube, Krishnamurti on his deathbed, and it was so convincing, that I now believe what Osho says.

Osho Quotes on U G Krishnamurti

Just the other day I was reading a lecture of U. G. Krishnamurti. He says he went to see Ramana Maharshi. He was not attracted — because he was chopping vegetables. Yes, Ramana Maharshi was that kind of man, very ordinary. Chopping vegetables! U. G. Krishnamurti must have gone to see somebody extraordinary sitting on a golden throne or something. Ramana Maharshi just sitting on the floor and chopping vegetables? preparing vegetables for the kitchen! He was very much frustrated.
Then another day he went and saw him reading jokes. Finished for ever! This man knows nothing. This man is very ordinary. He left the ashram; it was not worth it. But I would like to say to you: this man, Ramana Maharshi, is one of the greatest Buddhas ever born to the world. That was his Buddhahood in action!

How realistic are your expectations? of yourself, your life

I wrote this article about ten years ago.

Since then I have done a lot of work in the area of intelligence. This article is a lot more mainstream (meaning: wrong) than I like it, so I am in the middle of writing yet another article.

The new article will take out the mystery, why you aren’t able to accomplish what is within your power to accomplish… And what to do so that you can.

Pop Quiz: What Are The 3 Words I want to hear you say To Do A Course With Me?

Pop Quiz: What Are The 3 Words That Pre-Qualify You To Do A Course With Me?

I have been working my ass off, and the work has paid off: I have found something I think is going to revolutionize how I pick who to accept into my programs and who I should not.

Why isn’t it enough that someone wants to give me money?

Great question, and for most teachers that is probably what you would consider the basic condition fulfilled.

On the other hand, because I am an empath, all my courses can be considered 1-on-1 coaching, because I can’t even escape knowing what’s going on with you, how much work you are doing, and how you feel.

My brand of coaching is called “accountability coaching” and it’s a reverse accountability. Most coaches mean that they will hold you accountable. I mean the opposite: I’ll be accountable that you’ll get what you need to get, many times more than what you are paying for.

But is it possible for me to deliver on this accountability if you don’t do the work? If you can’t do the work? If you are not getting it? If you resist it? If you only want to please me? No.

So I have been looking for a criteria that can be measured, that would be a fool-proof sign that you are trainable, that you are willing to be disciplined, and that you are going to do the work: get out of the mind and become a representative of the new humanity.

I could measure your vibrational frequency: but that would inform me about your past, not about your willingness to do the work.

Plugging leaks, building and consolidating habits

I’ve used the 67 step program (by Tai Lopez) to take me to a 360 degree observation of myself, my life, and my leaks.

The 67 steps is 67 audios. They are not something to learn.
It is most useful the way I’ve used it, as a diagnostic tool. Diagnosing your leaks.
The 67 steps program’s truth value is 10%… not high… Its value is in that it takes you to places, vantage points you normally wouldn’t go. Places where you can see what you can’t see from where you normally look from. For example you can see how you leak energy, time, money, will-power, love, your working memory slots, etc. If you use it that way, you can hone in on a leak here and a leak there, and start plugging them in in earnest. Permanently.

Plugging a leak is a habit-change itself, and first it needs to be understood thoroughly. To understand habits. To understand the why, the how, the trigger, the process. Unless you give it enough time, the leak will come back with haste.

But until a new behavior is consolidated, you need to keep it in your working memory… but you only have four slots in your working memory… so as long as you keep habits in working memory, you have nothing to learn with.

The new habit needs to become a ‘chunk’ in your permanent memory, long term memory, so you free up the working memory slot you so desperately need for learning, understanding, to enjoy life.

If you do it your way, you won’t plug in any leaks. And your history is an indication that you will do this plugging the leaks exactly the way you do everything else: with the hope that it stays that way without you giving it the time, the attention, the learning it requires.
Some of the leaks are wrong thinking, by the way.
Wrong time frame, wrong system, wrong match, many things you have never even thought of.

We can safely assume that you now know less than 10% of the principles Tai talks about in his 67 steps. And if you are like most people, you’ll hear only 3-10% of what he says. And 97% of what you already know and is either irrelevant or plain wrong.

This is true for Tai too. He has read all those books, he has heard all those smart people. In his Starting Point Measurements, measured just now, 10% of what he reads/hears gets through to him accurately… He is getting better.

He heard 10% of what they said and filled in the rest with what he already knew.

This is one of the reason I don’t want you to learn from Tai. I want you to learn from me, but dig deep in your life and in your attitudes to find the leaks.
If you need me to do it for you, it will take longer, and it will be very expensive. Too expensive.
Why expensive? Because speaking, for me, leaks the energy I need to do MY job which is to penetrate the invisible deeper and deeper.

Believe it or not, speaking is a very energy-requiring activity. So I take on only very few talking clients. In addition I only take on clients where I get as much back as I put into the conversation. At least after a few
