If you are one of my students who isn’t getting better… Or not as fast as you hoped you would, you should ask the question: Why you won’t follow a system, why you lie, why you’ll never amount to anything worthwhile?
This article will attempt to point you to some answers…
Our tendency to socialize and spend time with people with our lesser (at least in our not so humble opinion) is so strong, and so “normal”, that I expect you not to recognize it in yourself.
Why? Because the desire to do that does not come from our conscious self, it comes from our “other than conscious” self, the selfish gene.
The sad guru… Paramahansa Yogananda
Yogananda… I have measured his vibration at different times, in different contexts, always having a different number come up. So today I spent some time in his space… to see what’s up.
Paramahansa Yogananda was a sad person. For two reasons, the two sides of the same coin: he had something that he wanted to share, and it wasn’t shareable.
His words are simply his idea what made him the way he was, and the words did not communicate. Did not do for others what they, he thought,
Become an Expanding human being aka living an interesting life
I am reading one of my all time favorite books. Again. I was guided to read it again. As I have been guided to watch everything I watch, read everything I read.
Sometimes the key to the insight is on page 800 of a book, or in episode 60 of a Netflix series.
The tricks are: trust, don’t be in a hurry, don’t expect the “key” to be a direct answer, and once you have what you were needing, acknowledge it.
This book is full of clues for me. Clues for why you are living a life of quiet desperation, why you don’t live an interesting life.
The book is abo
Is your body stuck in survival mode? Framework for health
This article starts out very philosophical. If you can’t stand that, jump to here…
What is health?
No one has defined it yet, because just like “good” was until Dr Robert Hartman came along to define it, existed only in a context of good this or good that.
What Robert Hartman said is that good is that which fulfills completely its design. That which is most fully itself.

When you are trying to use your mind to be well, healthy, vital, vibrant, and smart Your mind is good for mind stuff… but being well, being healthy, being vital, being vibrant, and even being smart are intrinsic values, and the mind cannot wrap itself around it: they are above mind. Mind is concerned with what mind is concerned with, and it is never the whole; it’s the pieces, it’s the spot cleaning. Mind thinks that if it put together the parts it can see are needed, the parts would create health, vitality, etc… but the mind, the mechanistic systemic organ is sorely mistaken. In th Lots of people are searching the internet for ways to get smarter. All the programs, and all the supplements that are out there are symptomatic treatment… and not worth a lot. As I am going through my own program, and I am a totally aware person, and can muscle test and get answers right away… I am a testing laboratory. I have been noticing brain or cognitive function symptoms the past two days: as if I were disoriented… it feels now every day that it’s Sunday… lol. How do you use the three levels of value in your “real” life to fall in love with yourself? The article asking: where do you look to define your value got a lot of “hits” and comments. Reading the answers I saw that some fundamental distinctions are missing, in spite of the fact that I have written about all of those before, on this blog. So after reading the article about the three levels of valu How do you decide if you have value or not? The current state of this area: deciding on your value is abysmal… and keeps you anxious, worried, and not happy. You always think that your understanding is the correct understanding of reality.

A German who escaped just before all the Jews were hoarded into concentration camps in Germany, came to the United States. His name was Robert Hartman. His experience with evil uniquely qualified him to set out to deal with the age long question: what is evil, what is good? He took on himself to define good… the strait and narrow. Many philosophers failed in that: after all the strait and narrow is delineated by the land that encloses it, not by itself… But he succeeded.
When something isn’t working consider that it’s because there is something that you don’t know. Whether the something that isn’t working is money, love, health, business, school… the answer is always “there is something you don’t know.” The brilliance of this statement that turned a broke loser, a serial nebbich, Harv Eker into a multimillionaire T. Harv Eker. The brilliance is that because you don’t know what it is that you don’t know… you need to open yourself up to looking. At everything. And a lot… Expose yourself to seeing stuff. He did it, and he is now rich. This one sentence, this one stateme Are you trying to use what you know to be well, healthy, vital, vibrant, and intelligent?
