If you wanted to change… if you actually wanted to change… so your life can change too… where would you make the change?
I just had a conversation with one of my students who shows promise to be able to change.
On a side note: where do I look when I assess who will change and who will not?
I will look at two places:
- 1. do they argue or offer explanations or excuses when they get feedback from me. Argument, explanations, and excuses are the sign of a foolish person who won’t take feedback, and either won’t change, or will do it to either curry approval from you, or to prove you wrong.
- 2. An immediate testing tool is the 5-question exercise. If they do it, that is a
The story. Your story. It is either inspiring or it is depressing…
The story. Your story. It is either inspiring or it is depressing… either way it’s the context of your life
Your story can be your personal story. Telling what happened from your personal point of view. No creativity is required: it’s already applied generously.
Why? How? Anything that happened is turned into words… and words, whenever applied, create a story, a story line, an interpretation. Filters added creatively… Skewed.
Your story can be the story of your heritage. No matter how you tell this story: it is filtered through opinions, beliefs, and other filters.
You think a story tells something about the past.
But a story tells your future: reliabl
How to Learn Many Things at Once… very useful if you are in my coaching program
There’s so much you want to learn, need to learn, should learn… so much, in fact, that you don’t know where to start.
Most people get inspired for some goal, sprint at max effort for 1-2 weeks, burn out, push the goal into the back of their mind, and never touch it again. New Year’s resolutions are a classic example. Campaigning.
Let’s look at how to improve your chances of success.
- First things first—check your bases.
The first thing you should do is touch base with yourself. Ask: “Is what I want what I want?”
I know that is a funky question… of course… but ask it anyway! It may not be necessarily so!
Sometimes, we lie to ourselves about what we want. Other times, we are
Skeletons in your closet… suppressing them suppresses all your life
I completed the third round of the 67 steps, and my intrinsic Self told me: it is time for another kind of practice.
So I have been curiously waiting for the “thing” to show up, and today it did.
Actually it started two days ago, but I noticed it today.
I need to get on the chiropractic table periodically to adjust my hip, or it goes out of shape to the degree that my thigh bone jumps out of its socket. That is very painful.
So I got on the table today… and it’s a long process… and somehow I was looking into what started my hip pain, whe
October special… Can the Power of this special day break through your resistance?
New experiment: Can the spiritual power of the Days of Power be used to power an activation?
Activation of a spiritual capacity?
I am thinking of combining the Day of Power on Sunday, October 16, with the Unconditional Love Activator live activation.
If you have the activator already, then you are welcome to the call. If you don’t: you can buy any version between now and the session, and be eligible to be on the call.
Here is how the call will go:
In the first 15 minutes I’ll download the energy of the Day of Power for everyone on the call. People who don’t own the Unconditional Love Activator the
The skill to identify and the skill to overcome your dominant way you avoid to grow
It’s eerie how soul correction that is calculated from your date of birth and zodiac signs, calculated from just your birthday can be so very accurate in their core.
By core I mean your base nature. What you are inclined to do, the attitude you are inclined to have.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Pike’s Peak is a 14,115-foot mountain in Colorado. It’s not a simple task to trek to the top. Unless you’re well-trained, you might experience altitude sickness. Wicked thunderstorms are a regular occurrence during the summer. Snow falls year-round. But back in 1929, an adv
Can you become astute? And if you can… how?
One of the invaluable benefits I gained from the 67 steps is the idea to consider getting tired in the noonish hours a signal that it is time to lie down and read.
This midday break disrupts the societal pull to do the useful, the purposeful, the goal-oriented stuff… that makes us dull, dutiful, and lopsided… boring.
I have a timer that turns on t
Methods of getting unstuck… not your garden variety advice
Methods of getting unstuck… If you know you are stuck… in a rut, a behavior, in a cycle, in a predictable outcome, or on a plateau
-
Method one: What is my context that is keeping me stuck? Who am I being?
or said in another way: who am I being that is not in alignment with the Original Design…with the intention of the Soul, which is the part of me that comes from the Original Design?
The Original Design has one main distinction: what is your desire?
Is your desire for yourself (or your group) alone? Do others, outside of yourself or your group benefit if you receive what you desire?
Desire for yourself alone i
Self trust… a linchpin capacity… or how do you develop yourself to be able to move forward?
Many of my coaching students are at a crucial point in their lives where unless something happens, they probably won’t move forward.
Fear, unclarity, self-centeredness, belligerence…
The main attitude is different. Not one person resembles another in what seems to block their path.
It’s the coach’s brilliance, creativity, insight that will either make a difference or not. What is clear is this: unless someone or something helps them through… they will stay this side of the great barrier.
Great responsibility, but I am up for it.
What is the capacity I need to be OK with this responsibility? It is self-trust. Self trust says: I can dea
