I have an older blog that is attacked by hackers every week. They install malware… so I don’t want you to go there…
It’s an old website, more than 10 years ago it was my main blog. Most of it is still useful. ((I have read an interview with Jeff Bezos the other day, or was it a youtube video, can’t remember. He was asked a question about the future. He said something incredibly insightful, and something most people can’t even hear!
He said that the question to ask is this: What will remain the same?
Most people try something new, something shiny, something that is a new trend.
But real winners learn what works and what will work now, ten years from now, a hundred years from now. And
Everything you ever wanted is available to you, if…
… if you are willing to look at see what is so about you and your life.
The truth. Naked. Ugly. Often shameful.
Here is a correspondence I had with a client today:
She said: “I’m interested in changing my context since it’s part of what keeps me stuck.”
“… answering the questions: what am I doing? Why am I doing it?
Unless you have done the work of identifying what you have been doing, and why you have been doing it, no way you can shift the context. You cannot catch what you can’t see. And you cannot change what you can’t catch.”
To the degree you are able and willing to do that, to the same degree you can change your life. ((
I just realized that I left out one of the most frequent energy leaks, need leaks from the last article.
And that is the minuscule pleasure you gain when you feel clever, when you feel you got one over someone, when you are told you are clever.
Or maybe that you are pretty. Or maybe some other compliment, that you are put together. Or that you do a good job.
Any compliment that you find important.
You are the guy/gal who, when you do the five questions exercise, you pay attention to the positive feedback. When you listen to me: you are waiting for the positive feedback… and hear none of the negative, or if you do, you grieve about it, but won’t change a thing.
If you are on this site, you will find yourself, more or less, in this article. And it may change your life.
A student writes,
Hi Sophie, I think I take trivial and superficial things too seriously. How can I let go of these immaterial incidents or people and focus on important things that truly matter to me?
I also find out that sometimes I become the victim of scams.
this was my answer
This is the sign of two things, Kate: 1. your map of reality isn’t very similar to reality. 2. you have too much importance attached to nice words about you… i.e. you want to be defined by words not by your actions.
It is the main reason I read the book Feelings, to f
I stumbled on this meme this morning. It is still a little dark outside, and I am still a little sleepy… so I am going to follow this meme, down the rabbit hole… wherever it takes… hm.
The full quote is from a book: Today Matters…
How would you describe your life? Are you achieving what you desire? Are you accomplishing the things that are important to you? Do you consider yourself a success? How do your prospects look for the future?
If I could come to your house and spend just one day with you, I would be able to tell whether or not you will be successful. You could pick the day. If I got up with you in the morning and went through the day with you, watching you for 24 hours
Then I changed my diet and the sense of smell came back.
Surprisingly I often smell things that didn’t seem to be there… Bringing up memories of the times I smelled the same… good smell, bad smell, neutral smell.
It’s hot here, unseasonably hot, and to accommodate it I am taking cold showers and I am eating differently.
I made a dip-like thing I used to love in Hungary and I hadn’t eaten in 35 years… a simple dish mixing spices, butter, and goat cheese, and if you have it, onion or onion powder… the goat cheese is salty enough, so use sweet unsalted butter, and saltless onion powder, or it w
One of the most useful things I have ever done is this:
I would find a mentor. I offered my services to do whatever needed done. More often than not I learned useful skills through the doing. Skills that I needed for myself. And while I was around the mentor, I could learn from him.
Life needs a lot of skills to do life successfully. The opportunities to learn those skills is sparse… Because skills are not knowledge, even if they are mental, intellectual skills: they are the ability to do, to perform a skill… not to understand it.
To learn skills on your own stuff is very difficult. Why? Because you are too invested, you
Ideas are similar to a magnet, they attract like thoughts and events. Thinking one thought welcomes into the mind more comparable thoughts and ideas. These thoughts tend to attract circumstances that are in conformity with them. A clear mental image broadcasts from the mind of the one thinking it, and is broadcasted to other people.

Our thoughts and feelings, and the visualizations we carry in our mind, influence our life. By modifying them we modify our life. This means that we should be mindful with our thoughts and how we react to them, otherwise we might just get stuff and go into scenarios that you do not want, and in that case we will have to find ways to get rid of them. Better think and play out the scenario what that we really want, and that will make our lives better.
Your thoughts create your emotions. Your emotions create your physical experience. The power of your intents inform your actions and attitudes and it effects your future. Visualization could be used to heal and to change your life and the world at large. The following sections will delve into creative visualization and it will give you insights into the magical world of reality manifestation, and the remarkable potential of positive thinking.

Your thoughts can happen! Not all thoughts of course, but those that are powerful, spelled out, and often-repeated frequently; hence, the benefits of utilizing a vision board. It comes to be a tool that allows us to repeatedly inculcate our ideas and desires into the formless substance which then reacts in kind by bringing forth the manifestation of that focused thought.
Negative thoughts are based upon fear. Fear brings on negative thoughts. As we already know believing in something will materialize it. If we give fear a chance, it will thrive within us and will take it all. So if we fear we’ll have a crash it will probably happen. If we think our husband will abandon us it probably, by nature, happen. You have to eliminate negative thoughts.
