I woke up with a question: how do you build a latticework to hang all your knowledge on?
I have built a latticework, but I did not do it consciously. I just noticed that I had it and others didn’t.
As usual I wrote down the question before i went to sleep last night, but the answer wasn’t there this morning. Only the question. Urgently.
So I came to my computer, and the first link I clicked took me to an answer. Maybe THE answer. No accidents there… I clicked on a link on a website I normally don’t click on anything.

The narrative… the story that creates who you are
The narrative ((narrative:
* 1.a story or account of events, experiences, or the like, whether true or fictitious.
* 2.a book, literary work, etc., containing such a story.
* 3.the art, technique, or process of narrating, or of telling a story: Somerset Maugham was a master of narrative.
* 4.a story that connects and explains a carefully selected set of supposedly true events, experiences, or the like, intended to support a particular viewpoint or thesis: to rewrite the prevailing narrative about masculinity; the narrative that our public schools are failing.))
A student of mine, after listening to my last Sunday call recording, asked why Jews turned to a different strategy than the slaves from Africa. Or Native Americans.
Create a life you love
Oh no! This video software that used to work doesn’t work any more. I cried out… This can happen to anyone. Technology changes so rapidly, keeping pace with it is both expensive and time consuming.
Sometimes there is an upgrade. Nowadays upgrades cost money… or the software developer simply abandoned you… and you are stranded with a software that doesn’t work any more.
I have been teaching what I teach for seven years. Teach people a world view that has been tested and true, and includes the invisible. This world view is sharply different from the accepted norms… but it works, instead of just being a nice theory like what psychologists and philosophers teach. Or even Landmark Educati
Forget superbugs… worry about supermemes!
We live in a culture where we are supposed to live at others’ convenience. Where we are all supposed to dance to the same tune, march to the same drummer. Get excited about the weekend, even more excited about holidays. Want to be with our families, eat a big meal, and complain about indigestion afterwards. […]

One of my favorite quotes from an ad is from the Men’s Hair Club… where the owner says: “I’m not just the president of Hair Club for Men, I’m also a client!”
I would never want to do business with anyone who is not also a client of their own business…
And of course, I am a client of my own. Meaning: I learn from what I write… and I learn and test everything first, before I recommend it…
With that said: to date the two most valuable nuggets I got out of my participation in my 67 step coaching program are:
- 1. innovate your way out of the problem
- 2. add suspenders to your belt.

Out of sight, out of mind… the death of all intentions
A lot of years ago a guy, another participant stood up in a Landmark Education seminar and shared something that has impacted my life to this day.
Here is what he said:
“The other day I was lying on the couch, working on a report for my workplace.
I didn’t like what I wrote, so I crumpled the paper and pitched it to the waste basket that was on the other side of the room. After missing it several times, my wife picked up the waste basket and put it right next to me.”
That was all he said. I was shaken to the core. Move the things you need close to where you need them… Hah.

Misweighing Bias… are you penny wise and dollar foolish?
It’s Tuesday and I just got back from my exercise class.
It was full today. Everyone was in post-holiday mode, except a few people.
I had a conversation with a woman, and had a chance to see how certain words, how certain way of saying what I have been saying lands.
