We all have at least two distinct and recognizable selves that we switch back and forth between.
In this article we’ll look at intelligence, but we could also look at the character, the attitude, the moral fortitude of the selves… but because I look at the world through the frame of smart and stupid, and only secondarily through loyal/disloyal, I’ll write this article on the intelligence level of your two selves.
Now, let me start with a statement: there is nothing wrong with being stupid. As long as you know and embrace that you are stupid.
In this article I address the hidden qualities of food that hide that not all that looks alike is the same. I address milk, vegetables, and a lot more. I also reveal what is the reason people who use the Water Energizer get almost completely well, even before they change their diet.
I don’t remember why I first bought hemp seeds but I did… and ate a tablespoonful here and there. Last September, I think… It made no noticeable difference. I guess the hulled seeds and little bits of hull staying in … Continue reading →
I am a coach. But spirituality is a tricky thing: not much action: most things happen on the inside as a result of some shift.
But… but it is only possible to coach someone who is in action.
For decades I tried to coach people who weren’t… and it was a waste of my efforts. Decades. I hated my life… 🙁
Finally I wisened up when I myself bought Tai’s program and started to do it.
It was action. Daily or five times a week action. I either did it or didn’t do it. I either paid attention or I didn’t. I was either humble and soaked it up like a sponge, or judged it. I was either growing or shrinking. It had a what and it had a how aspect. Excellent.

Most people live in a constant “this is not right… this is not where I am supposed to be, this is not how I am supposed to be, this is not what I am supposed to do” jerky place.
It seems inevitable, it feels bad, and all of it is based on delusions, pretenses, and lies.
Obviously you can’t see your delusions. That is your “reality”.
But… if you don’t feel good, if you don’t see clear, if you don’t have a 360 degree view of the world in most issues… they you can be sure you have delusions.
and… if you don’t go for growth, learning, profound well-being, fulfillment, expertise… they you can be sure your life and actions are based on delusions.
Most people think that they are honest people. Some others know that they lie about this and that.
What they don’t know is that they live on the top of a huge iceberg of lies, delusions, pretenses, but they can only see the tip of the iceberg… unless.
This week was a line of demarcation for me, in more ways than one.
As I wrote in my last blog post, I got suckered into making some stupid self-serving changes on my site. I was lucky, I caught it before it went totally dead.

It is no particular credit to the educator to … Continue reading → Related Posts: Found a good video… if you are in 67 […]
I love reading. My favorite books tear down the proverbial curtain of the Wizard of Oz.
And my favorite activities… you could guess, are when I can tear down the curtain… and actually show the naked reality of things…
I find delight in it.
I used to be a dreamer, an escape artist, an avoider.
I saw reality so distasteful, myself so unattractive and unbecoming, that I went into daydreaming, and fantasizing, and imagery to find solace.

I haven’t become more attractive, but I have stopped hoping that being attractive, or heroic, or good, or altruistic, or brilliant, or whatever would buy me something I’d actually want.
