You are a liar! That’s why you are not moving forward…

I know it is a shocking and offending title. Neither shocking nor offending is my purpose. I want to teach you something… so bear with me… I need to take you through the steps, so you get what I mean… how you lie, and why it prevents you from growing and being happy.
What is language?
Language is a mode of communication, Humans communicate, animals communicate, plants communicate.

Plants communicate with posture, with chemicals, with smell.
Animals communicate with posture, with touch, with chemicals, and with sound.
Humans also communicate all those ways, except humans, eve though they could be, are unaware, unconscious, and consider language the only communication. Not all humans, mind you, but the majority.

From filing clerk of information, to glorious human being

Mind says: the important thing is to have the answer.
Life says: the important thing is to have the question.

Thinking, the proper use of the thinking part of the brain, is to ask questions. Questions allow you to penetrate things deeply, to see new connections, to see what’s below the surface.

The mind, also a part of the brain, isn’t interested in that, the mind really isn’t interested in anything. Maybe gossip, but that is it.

Andy Shaw’s Bug free mind… The good, the bad, and the ugly.

The bad:
The biggest flaw of Andy Shaw’s work is it’s starting point.
Andy Shaw considers the mind important: He holds, that if you can change your mind you can change everything.
Not so. The mind isn’t the problem.

Even if you could change your mind, change the content in your mind, nothing would change.

The determinant of your actions, your attitude, your moods, your feelings is NOT the mind, but your being.

Bug Free Mind: No mind vs. Mindfulness

Andy teaches a technique to get to no mind. It was easy for me… but I doubt that it’s easy for you.

When you are a “normal” human: living more than 70% of the time in your mind, repeating the same mental processes day in and day out, when you relate to the world through the mind, when you don’t spend any time in the present moment, then getting into no-mind is beyond you.

The best you can do is enter an illusion.

Develop your Awareness, your conscious awareness

Awareness ((Awareness is the ability to perceive, to feel, or to be conscious of events, objects, thoughts, emotions, or sensory patterns. In this level of consciousness, sense data can be confirmed by an observer without necessarily implying understanding. More broadly, it is the state or quality of being aware of something. In biological psychology, awareness is defined as a human’s or an animal’s perception and cognitive reaction to a condition or event. according to Wikipedia)) , when it is in the context of raising your vibration, is an inner awareness, awareness of what lies below the surface, maybe even several layers deep. But to develop awareness, we need to start real close to the surface, and maybe even outside of it… a little bit. ((This means, that when we talk about awareness, we don’t talk about situational awareness, we won’t mean awareness of beings or entitie

The greatest secret of life is that life is a gift. And so is happiness

I think, that of all Osho’s talks that I know, this is the most significant, and the most helpful, if you EVER want to be able to return HOME, to the present moment, where you can be content, happy, and start living.

You live in a world of your own design

You live in a world of your own design. And you create the world with your beingness.

We think that beingness is all good… But beingness is neutral.

One of the beingnesses we are really familiar with is BEING judgmental. Or the flip side of it (they always go together, like the two sides of the coin!) BEING judged.

Both are beings.

Which is more frequent? They are the two sides of the same coin: judgment. Pretending that you have the right and the power over life and death…

Updated: Albert Einstein said: No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. Could this be applied to consciousness training?

I am very lucky: the questions my students send me have caused me to have a deeper understanding for my own work.

These students are often seeking new insights in their pressing circumstances from me. Lately it is all about making a decision to go or leave, to let go or to fight.

It is a huge responsibility to talk to people who are looking for answers.

If they use the insights I give them and don’t make them their own, they run the risk of making a decision “because” I said so.

One of my students asked “is it a matter of meditating over this decision now?”

This particular student has been a meditator for five years. The particular form of meditation he is doing with some master is to open up his ability to gain insight from All-of-it.

And this seemingly intelligent move, to meditate to gain insight is what I want to talk about today.
If you are a “normal” human being, brought up by parents or caregivers, if you went to school, if

Are you using your adult capacities?

The first Osho book I have ever read, was Maturity. I started to read it in the store, and fell in love with it.

It echoed one of my favorite Landmark courses, the Wisdom Course.

In that course, maturity was a state (they call it possibility, just a Landmark word!): where you were using adult capacities to live your life.

One would think that when you are an adult you use your adult capacities, but that is not the case.

The price of pretending being kind, nice, friendly, etc. All your colors vs. your true colors painted over… choose

In this article we are going to look at pretense, and what it cost you. It cost you more than it gains you… but the biggest cost is that you are stuck and you can’t go to the next level.
“All the colors I am inside have not been invented yet,” wrote Shel Silverstein, in his children’s book *Where the Sidewalk Ends.* It’s especially important for you to focus on that truth in the coming weeks. I say this for two reasons. First, it’s imperative that you identify and celebrate a certain unique aspect of yourself that no one else has ever fully acknowledged. If you don’t start making it more conscious, it may start to wither away. Second, you need to learn how to express that unique aspect with such clarity and steadiness that no one can miss it or ignore it
.

In the last blog post I spoke about all the ways you hide that you are a human, unwilling to be caring, loving, nice, accommodati
