I am a Kiva lender. I circulate about 400-500 dollars, lend it, and lend it again. $25 a clip.
Kiva has been looking for find an angle to have more people be inspired to lend money.
After I lent another $25 from my seed money (I haven’t added any new money to Kiva for years now!) a video popped up.
In it an Indian woman shares that her fields were mortgaged and it was near impossible for her to make a living. Then she got a Kiva loan, got herself cows.
The cows give her five liters of milk a day she can sell.

This allows her to make a good living, and she has paid off the mortgage on her lands.
I started to cry.
Why? When I cry I rarely can tell why I am crying, the squeezing painful emotions don’t tell me what is going on…
So I watched it again… and no, I am not masochistic, I wanted to know.
Most people I know are either stuck or are coasting… They are going noplace… fast or slow… it is unsatisfying and yet… starting to move in the direction Life wants you to go, or even where you want to go is near impossible… Just look at most people…
This article will reveal a secret… the secret of taking your life where Life wants you to go.
I have been clear that Life wants each of us to go someplace… not necessarily physical, not necessarily to a life-purpose, and yet it is a place. A non-physical place.
When I ask myself where Life wants me to go, after the almost immediate fear
I am prone to depression. Not sadness, but a loss of aliveness, a loss of inner motivation.
I have barely came out of a bout with one… and have been intensely curious of what caused it.
Depression, as I experience it, has no emotional reason.
When I look, I have no reason for depression, so the cause is not outside of a person… it is an inside job.
My experience has been that the factors are nutrition and sleep.
When certain vitamins are low, whether the consumption is low, or the wrong foods gobble them up, low Vitamin B levels, all sorts, B-1, 5, 12, 9… I have distinguished so far.
I stumbled on this meme this morning. It is still a little dark outside, and I am still a little sleepy… so I am going to follow this meme, down the rabbit hole… wherever it takes… hm.
The full quote is from a book: Today Matters…
How would you describe your life? Are you achieving what you desire? Are you accomplishing the things that are important to you? Do you consider yourself a success? How do your prospects look for the future?
If I could come to your house and spend just one day with you, I would be able to tell whether or not you will be successful. You could pick the day. If I got up with you in the morning and went through the day with you, watching you for 24 hours
Many of my coaching students are at a crucial point in their lives where unless something happens, they probably won’t move forward.
Fear, unclarity, self-centeredness, belligerence…
The main attitude is different. Not one person resembles another in what seems to block their path.
It’s the coach’s brilliance, creativity, insight that will either make a difference or not. What is clear is this: unless someone or something helps them through… they will stay this side of the great barrier.
Great responsibility, but I am up for it.
What is the capacity I need to be OK with this responsibility? It is self-trust. Self trust says: I can dea
I have always liked getting things done. Why? Because everything that doesn’t get done is like an energetic attachment, like a ball and chain on your ankle, slows you down, and prevents you from soaring… having a good time, feeling free and unencumbered.
I don’t like those feelings, so I learn, test, experiment with methods that allow me to be free.
I even like to be lighter in weight because I don’t like to be heavy in any way, including physically.
I handle problems, issues, doubts, the same way… handle them so the weights can disappear.
Nicht Normale… as my parents used to say. Not your normal child… lol. And not your normal adult.
This article starts out very philosophical. If you can’t stand that, jump to here…
What is health?
No one has defined it yet, because just like “good” was until Dr Robert Hartman came along to define it, existed only in a context of good this or good that.

What Robert Hartman said is that good is that which fulfills completely its design. That which is most fully itself.
I have been a spiritual, raise-your-vibration teacher for a while… and when someone asked what qualified me to teach, I could say that the fact that I did it myself, and went from a vibration of 185 to 930, consciously and with my eyes open.
Now, having done that is fine and dandy… but can I teach it? Good question.
But let’s look at another area: health.
At some point I got really clear that unless you have energy to do the work, unless you have coherence to do the work, unless you are well enough… I can’t help you much.
But I had a problem, an integrity issue: I myself wasn’t well enough to prove to you that I kno
