It was time for self-reflection today. I am almost done with it.
I have come to the conclusion that it is time to pay attention to what I can control, what is within my control, and give little or no attention to what I can’t… where emotions would run high, fear, anger, concern… for me.
I noticed something today about some of the most successful people I know… which might help you…
Can you guess at how they might have responded to the election?
They did not respond the way that most Clinton supporters did.
And they did not respond the way that most Trump supporters did.
They did something different to the majority… because the crowd tends to be wrong. What makes us, as h
You want the good life… Creating the good life, health, wealth, love and happiness, will require creativity from you… ((This is the biggest difference between the age of The American Dream and today… then some work was enough… today just work is not enough.))
The opposite of creativity is timidness. ((And cowardice, and complacency, and having your hand out, and hoping that other people will do it for you. Am I describing you?))
Creativity is living at risk… Existential courage. ((Existential Courage

The other day I stumbled across an ad for a workshop helping you to release your intuition. It used the standard approach to sellin
I am working through some stuff… nothing personal, it’s about you. It’s about what to teach you. How to teach you. It’s about seeing, in more detail, and more precisely what is the truth about you, so I can talk to you the way you can hear me.
The more precisely I can “diagnose” what is the situation with you, the more effective my message and my teaching can be.
But, it seems no matter how precise my teaching, it is not really up to me, or my teaching, what will happen to you or your life.
Changeability, adaptability is the secret of living a consistently good life… but changeability and adaptability depend on awareness. As your awareness grows in the four pillars of the good life, so your success and the quality of your life…
By the way, did you notice I didn’t say “learn about awareness…” but that is what you read? Right?
In the old Forum program, the Forum Leader came in, screaming at us, poor unsuspecting brand new participants: For you everything is the same as everything else.
It took me years to decipher that and see that it is true.
Changeability, adaptability is the secret of living a consistently good life… but changeability and adaptability depend on awareness. As your awareness grows in the four pillars of the good life, so your success and the quality of your life… By … Continue reading →
There is not much in common. It is not talent. It is not ethnicity. Not personality. Not schooling. Not religious affiliation.
The one common characteristic I have found is books. People who become worth a damn are readers.
Even more importantly than being a reader: the most important commonality is when they started to read.
I just read in Wikipedia about Howard Zinn:
Both parents were factory workers with limited education when they met and married, and there were no books or magazines in the series of apartments where they raised their children. Zinn’s parents introduced him to literature by sending ten cents plus a coupon to the New York Post for each of the 20 volumes of Charles Dickens’ collect
I completed the third round of the 67 steps, and my intrinsic Self told me: it is time for another kind of practice.
So I have been curiously waiting for the “thing” to show up, and today it did.
Actually it started two days ago, but I noticed it today.
I need to get on the chiropractic table periodically to adjust my hip, or it goes out of shape to the degree that my thigh bone jumps out of its socket. That is very painful.
So I got on the table today… and it’s a long process… and somehow I was looking into what started my hip pain, whe
One of my clients is unwilling to take Omega 2 capsules, because he says: “I don’t want to get fat”
I first started to experiment with the fat burning metabolism some six years ago.
I liked the idea of eating sugar free ice cream from real cream…
I packed on 30 lbs, 13-14 kilos, in 10 days.
I have been eating a stick of butter a day, fatty lamb, and eggs… for two months now.
I am dropping between half a pound to a pound a week.
I feel good. I do have some carbohydrate cravings and I satisfy it by eating peppers, and almonds. Both slightly sweet. just enough to stop the cravings. A gram here and there…
The quality of your life depends on your overall intelligence… intellect, body intelligence, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, the ability to lie a full life, with a range of emotions, and to conquer difficulties, adversities successfully.
You are born with certain DNA defined potentials. No doubt about that. Your ancestry and its habits lead to your DNA being allowing and restrictive, and yet, all human capacities are encoded in your DNA… but what is not needed, what was not needed by your ancestors is dimmed out… “not needed”, Nature decided…
