OK, let’s look first what you have been expecting? Because this dominant belief issue has been around for quite a while, and you probably blamed your lack of happiness, success, love, etc. on this dominant belief. You’ve wanted it for … Continue reading
Many people grieve continuously. What do you grieve for? Is it grief or is it depression?
Believe it or not, grieving ((from Wikipedia: Grief is a multifaceted response to loss, particularly to the loss of someone or something that has died, to which a bond or affection was formed. Although conventionally focused on the emotional response to loss, it also has physical, cognitive, behavioral, social, spiritual, and philosophical dimensions. While the terms are often used interchangeably, bereavement refers to the state of loss, and grief is the reaction to loss, along with nostalgic longing for something or someone that probably won’t return.
Grief is a natural response to loss. It is the emotional suffering one feels when something or someone the individual loves is taken away. Grief is also a reaction to any loss. The grief associated with death is familiar to most people, but individuals grieve in connection with a variety of losses throughout their l
Push or pull, inspiration or motivation or ambition?
As you know I am dyslexic. Very dyslexic. Reading even my own articles online is nearly impossible.
Today I got an article in an email where Andy of bugfree fame talks about the difference between motivation and inspiration. I could grab a sentence here and there… but I really could not read the article. But it’s been knocking about in my head, and I want to share with you what I experienced, and what opening I see for myself, an opening I have never seen before. I put the whole article in the footnotes… the article I could never read myself… ((In today’s footstep I am going to answer a question I had in a few days ago regarding motivation. I was asked what motivates me to make me to achieve my dreams.
To cover it I am going to take a section from the 2nd part of the Process Using A Bug Free Mind (Chapter 18 – Taking The Red Pill).
It comes from the point wh
What is the fundamental and profound difference between a human and a human being?
The level of evolution where you are is called human. The next level is called human being.
I know, I know, everyone says, even the dictionary, that you are a human being, but it’s a misnomer.
Rose Colored Glasses, Hope, and other stuff that takes you out of the present moment
The purveyors of hope
When “picking” a state of being, an attitude, a mindset, conventional wisdom can be detrimental to our well-being.
Unless you are a prisoner in a concentration camp, and what’s predictable is that you will not make it out alive, hope is a very bad-for-you state to pick. But even there, unless it gives you actions that keep you alive longer, that make you take care of yourself, hope as a being, hopeful is the right word, will be just a feeling… and you know how it is with feelings: they come and go at their own accord: you can’t control feelings. Hope and hopeless are the two sides of the same coin. Being doesn’t have a flip side.
I Am Quite Comfortable In My Home Away From Home. My Life Isn’t Working. My Soul Is Shrinking. Our Planet Is Dying, Our Livelihood Is Threatened, But Go Home?
Capacities are like skills:
you either use them or you don’t
You either recognize them or you don’t
You either develop them or you don’t… but the rest of your life depends on it.
The capacity to tell truth from illusion, reality from unreality
…is one such capacity is at the root of developing beliefs that will support you and what you are up to. The enemy is introduced below:
Reality? Collective hunch at best.
How to develop the capacity to ask intelligent questions that also alter your reality?
Yesterday I had a long conversation with one of my students. I suddenly had an insight into soul correction, that had been hidden from my view before.
How did I get to that insight? I asked different questions.
Asking different questions is one of the missings for you. On the level of human, this is ultimately the most important factor that the lack of it is holding you back from “ascending” to the next level of evolution where you can create your state of being at will.
Our upbringing, our education, our culture, our society, does not like questions. Especially different questions. Poking questions.
Is being astute a good thing? Or does it mean you are a bad person who wants to deceive others?
If I asked you what will be the most important capacity to master in the coming years, you would come up with all kinds of capacities, but I bet you would not think of saying: becoming astute.
If you go to the online dictionary, like one of my students did, the one for whom I made this activators, you would not understand why that capacity is important.
Here is what the dictionary has to say:
as·tute
/??st(y)o?ot/
Adjective
Having or showing an ability to accurately assess situations or people and turn this to one’s advantage: “an astute businessman”.
Synonyms
shrewd – sly – wily – crafty – canny – artful – sharp
To understand the meaning better, you look at the synonyms, and you are appalled, am I right? They are all words usually used to express one kind of deception or another.
But the meaning is only the first few words, the rest of them is added by “culture”: “Ha
Your desires…
I have been pondering a student’s email all morning. ((I woke up today with a real distinction between ‘me’ and ‘my machine’. It is so coo! I can actually feel the two different states of being. Thanks Sophie!
This is so cool I just had to share it with you. It gives me a real sense of how I can relate to my machine differently. Here’s hoping I can stay in this state of awareness as the day progresses. For the rest of my life is preferable!! For the rest of my life is my goal. 🙂
Wow, my poor little machine! Doing so much of my work. Let’s see how I do in directing her instead of her trying to do something she is not capable of doing effectively, and something she is not equipped to do. )) And when I ponder, I do it while I do other things.
What I do most frequently is play Freecell, a card game, a solitaire. I can have my bilocation mos

Where does the truth I write come from? Stream of consciousness.
I write the largest chunks of surprising truths that way. Something triggers it, and there it comes… Quick, to the computer!
I read Kathryn’s comment on the Worry article, and something clicked.
Everyone says: you need to remove your filters. You need to remove blockages. Bad beliefs, about yourself and the world. It’s not working. Not for anyone… ok, maybe a few.
What if the reason no one is succeeding with those “techniques” is because that is not the right method to do it?
