Most people’s health number is at or under 10%. Same is the hydration number… at or under 10%. The more you know about your nutrition, the lower is your number.
I know a “star” nutritionist whose number is 5%. Both the health and hydration numbers.
I have found only a few exceptions with higher numbers.
I mean a few… People who are working with me on their health… plus a long time student, plus a long time friend, plus Dr. Joel Wallach.

I woke up this morning. For the second day in a row, I am bursting of energy, more energy than I know what to do with.

Netflix is great. The shows are what the shows are.
And Netflix, or actually the shows can become addictive.
I watch Netflix almost every day. A number of shows start out OK, but turn addictive around season 4.
You notice that you became addicted if you are craving it, thinking about it, wishing it were already that time of the say when you can watch it.

No one has defined it yet, because just like “good” was until Dr Robert Hartman came along to define it, existed only in a context of good this or good that.
What Robert Hartman said is that good is that which fulfills completely its design. That which is most fully itself.

I have been coaching people for many years now. The goal was always to take people on a journey to become their best Self. Now, the task is easier when someone knows who they are. When someone has a Self. Most people don’t. They have a persona for each group they interact with, the family persona, the student persona, the friend, the gossiper, the entertainer, the this and the that. Those personas (roles you play) are not you. They were created by a perceived demand in the circumstances, a perceived demand in the environment. They leave you empty, they leave you being jerked by the Living in the three levels of value, the systemic, the extrinsic, and the intrinsic, lived fully, and balanced, is the secret to the good life. The Indian sages, including the Buddha, skipped the extrinsic. They taught people not to live there. They had a disdain for it. But work is on the extrinsic level, making money is on that level, so skipping it means living a life of charity. Living a life where you cannot value another person on all levels… because you don’t value the values of that level. The Juice Exercise: what gives you “juice” in life?
