Activate the body, feelings, so you can reduce the time you spend in the unproductive mind.

The bug free mind book is a great vehicle to take you to a place of power, freedom, and self-expression, but only if your relationship to it is through your body, not through your understanding.

A reader asked:

I have trouble understanding why you see A Bug Free Mind as valuable if 90% is rubbish and Andy is only 195 vibration.

About this site: The bugs in the bugs free mind by Andy Shaw

Andy Shaw’s Creating a Bug Free Mind is a good book. It has shortcomings:

It is a stream of consciousness, repetitive, written purposefully to disengage the reader’s mind, it’s so hard to read.
It needs a lot more bugs to be taught, that Andy doesn’t know about, because they are a few …

I have created a separate blog for Andy Shaw’s A Bug Free Mind

To answer the question in the title: I am not sure. I am guided…

In addition, a site where you can find all the “mind bugs” as Andy Shaw calls them, can be really useful.

My Playground program is the program where most of these “mind bugs” get driven up, but unless I write, in an …

Review: Is Andy Shaw’s book, A Bug Free Mind a fraud? Will you get successful reading it?

The original post was written BEFORE I got my copy of The Bug Free Mind book from Andy Shaw. This is the actual review: I knew it was worth reading, (muscle tested it, of course) but I had no idea … Continue reading

Raise your vibration the easy way, the transformational way

I just read an article that was re-published on 15 thousand sites! obviously, it resonated with people. The article’s title is “15 things you should give up to be happy”. Now, I read the article, and I can promise you … Continue reading

Push or pull, inspiration or motivation or ambition?

As you know I am dyslexic. Very dyslexic. Reading even my own articles online is nearly impossible.

Today I got an article in an email where Andy of bugfree fame talks about the difference between motivation and inspiration. I could grab a sentence here and there… but I really could not read the article. But it’s been knocking about in my head, and I want to share with you what I experienced, and what opening I see for myself, an opening I have never seen before. I put the whole article in the footnotes… the article I could never read myself… ((In today’s footstep I am going to answer a question I had in a few days ago regarding motivation. I was asked what motivates me to make me to achieve my dreams.
To cover it I am going to take a section from the 2nd part of the Process Using A Bug Free Mind (Chapter 18 – Taking The Red Pill).
It comes from the point wh

Updated: Can your teacher teach you what you want to learn?

“The reasonable man adapts himself to the conditions that surround him… The unreasonable man adapts surrounding conditions to himself… All progress depends on the unreasonable man.”This post was triggered by me reading a few really good articles… Observing myself I was really clear, that although I enjoyed the articles, it never became knowledge, it stayed information.

Words don’t teach. Speaking only talks to the mind… Real teaching happens NOT when you get stuff with your mind… Transformation doesn’t happen in the mind: transformation happens by taking you out of your mind… All that talking keeps you in the mind. Alas…
Growing up I lived in the shadows of my famous father. He was some kind of genius in the area of economics…

As I was dyslexic, and the public opinion of me was that I was a moron and a failure, he took it on himself to tutor me in my schoolwor

It’s not wrong beliefs that keep you stuck in poverty, sickness, or misery

Beliefs are thought forms. Words. Mind-stuff.

The Universe is holographic. Holographic, among others, means that the patterns repeat in big and small things alike. ((Although the whole looks quite chaotic, because cause and effect is hardly detectable, because of the size of the system (the whole Universe), if we had enough distance from the system, we would find patterns that are repeating… which is the nature of fractals and holographs.

Now, I am certain that the sentence above didn’t make sense to most, for the sake of the very few that can appreciate it, I needed to say it.))

One of the patterns is the tree-like diagram of root-stem-fruit. We’ll examine that pattern in this article

The roots are hidden in the soil. The stem looks the same for most trees. And then the fruit is very specific.

Most self-improvement systems are busy improving the fruit without

Coaching is often like herding cats…

Cats are notoriously individualistic, and abhor being herded, or even told what to do.

Your (and) my aspects are like cats: enjoying and protecting their freedoms you have given them all these years, that you thought they were the boss. Your boss.

I am talking here of the aspects of your mind, your emotions, your thoughts, and your urges.

Worry

I have to admit, I would have never thought to write this article, without reading Andy Shaw’s book, Creating a Bug Free Mind. He writes extensively about worry.

I never thought of myself as a worrier, but, of course, I still worry from time to time. Nowhere near as much as others.

They call it fear of failure, anxiety, but it is all worry.

Spending all your mental energy fretting about something in the future, while in the present things don’t get done. Hm. Really stupid, isn’t it?
