Bug Free Mind: No mind vs. Mindfulness

Andy teaches a technique to get to no mind. It was easy for me… but I doubt that it’s easy for you.

When you are a “normal” human: living more than 70% of the time in your mind, repeating the same mental processes day in and day out, when you relate to the world through the mind, when you don’t spend any time in the present moment, then getting into no-mind is beyond you.

The best you can do is enter an illusion.

Push or pull, inspiration or motivation or ambition?

As you know I am dyslexic. Very dyslexic. Reading even my own articles online is nearly impossible.

Today I got an article in an email where Andy of bugfree fame talks about the difference between motivation and inspiration. I could grab a sentence here and there… but I really could not read the article. But it’s been knocking about in my head, and I want to share with you what I experienced, and what opening I see for myself, an opening I have never seen before. I put the whole article in the footnotes… the article I could never read myself… ((In today’s footstep I am going to answer a question I had in a few days ago regarding motivation. I was asked what motivates me to make me to achieve my dreams.
To cover it I am going to take a section from the 2nd part of the Process Using A Bug Free Mind (Chapter 18 – Taking The Red Pill).
It comes from the point wh

Are you paralyzed? Are you waiting?

I wonder if you ever pondered where nightmares like most Doctor Who stories are, come from?

My hunch is that they come from reality.

Take the story where humans, one by one, by touch, are turned into human-size grinning or weeping toys. And now that they are toys with no will of their own, the only will they have is to turn other humans into toys like themselves.

When I look around I see plenty of proof of this nightmare being real.

Are you being used?

Lots of people, women and men, have a feeling that they are just placeholders or commodities for their friends or lovers.

Even coaches and gurus can have that feeling: actually this is what lead me to start this article.

Whenever I have a question about someone, or have time, I look up the online profiles of people that want to become a student of mine.

So I looked up someone today who has been a student, on and off for about two years now. I have had mixed feeling about her, so I looked her up.

Is being astute a good thing? Or does it mean you are a bad person who wants to deceive others?

If I asked you what will be the most important capacity to master in the coming years, you would come up with all kinds of capacities, but I bet you would not think of saying: becoming astute.

If you go to the online dictionary, like one of my students did, the one for whom I made this activators, you would not understand why that capacity is important.

Here is what the dictionary has to say:

as·tute
/??st(y)o?ot/
Adjective
Having or showing an ability to accurately assess situations or people and turn this to one’s advantage: “an astute businessman”.
Synonyms
shrewd – sly – wily – crafty – canny – artful – sharp

To understand the meaning better, you look at the synonyms, and you are appalled, am I right? They are all words usually used to express one kind of deception or another.

But the meaning is only the first few words, the rest of them is added by “culture”: “Ha

Getting Smarter, Testing, New Activators, The Courage To Grow

Getting Smarter, Testing, New Activators, Courage To Grow I bet you are wondering what I have been doing for the past few weeks that instead of three posts a day I am only writing one, maybe two a week. I have been busy. The Daily Connection is in a training phase, training plus activation , every day: takes me a good 6-8 hours of intense work to get that done. I have to admit, it’s hard work

Soul Correction #32: "Memories" or Merry-go-Round

Soul correction 32 This is the soul correction that matches the theory of living a life of a fairy tale… but always play the victim. Here is how it goes (at least on the surface): you make a mistake. Example: you accept a ride from a stranger because it’s raining so hard that you can’t get a taxi to go home

Is Andy Shaw’s book, A Bug Free Mind a fraud? Will you get successful reading it?

I need your help to determine if the method in the book A Bug Free Mind works, or if it is hogwash, like most things out there.

I have been directed to this guy, Andy Shaw, who has made fortunes in real estate investing, and is now into self-help, mind-power, etc.

This is not for everyone: I just bought this two books, The Bug Free Mind, and Using The Bug Free Mind, and they cost a pretty penny.

I am also listening to the first 5 chapters online.

If it is effective, I want to learn it. If it isn’t: I want to know it.
