People who can’t tolerate negative, unpleasant, ambivalent feelings try to resist them, which is the surest way to make them permanent, or at least last.
What you resist persist… Carl Jung (1875-1961) says, and it is true. ((Psychologically speaking, resistance and resolution are at opposite poles. For resistance has fundamentally to do with not being able, or willing, to deal with the negative experiences in your life. And ultimately your happiness depends a lot more on handling—then letting go of—such adversities than it does, self-protectively, denying them, or fighting against them. In addition, so does (unwittingly) holding onto their associated feelings of hurt, sorrow, anxiety, or anger.
Jung was talking about his research into what he ca
Yesterday’s article was the tree that fell in the forest that didn’t make a sound. No one was there to hear it. Many read it, no one heard it. No echo. ((And I predict the same will happen to this article… lol. Catch me giving a hoot…))
Why? How come?
Probably because you were reading it from the rarefied air of positivity. Or some other filter blocked the genius and the simplicity of the blueprint I was so very proud of.
I actually knew that this was the best article I have EVER written. But it made no echo.
Why? Really why?
In my last Talk to Me call I asked one of my students to get angry. And do it in any language he wishes.
I completed the third round of the 67 steps, and my intrinsic Self told me: it is time for another kind of practice.
So I have been curiously waiting for the “thing” to show up, and today it did.
Actually it started two days ago, but I noticed it today.
I need to get on the chiropractic table periodically to adjust my hip, or it goes out of shape to the degree that my thigh bone jumps out of its socket. That is very painful.
So I got on the table today… and it’s a long process… and somehow I was looking into what started my hip pain, whe
The quality of your life depends on your overall intelligence… intellect, body intelligence, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, the ability to lie a full life, with a range of emotions, and to conquer difficulties, adversities successfully.
You are born with certain DNA defined potentials. No doubt about that. Your ancestry and its habits lead to your DNA being allowing and restrictive, and yet, all human capacities are encoded in your DNA… but what is not needed, what was not needed by your ancestors is dimmed out… “not needed”, Nature decided…
Ever since I’ve started to download the energy of the Days of Power, I’ve been wondering how I am going to know it’s working… how it will manifest, practically, in my life.
Whenever something new comes in, my imagination goes to the known, the familiar, and I guess that is how the human mind works.
So I had no idea what may happen, what could happen, given the energy.
This article deals with what it is that you need to become astute, or even just to become a candidate for me to activate astute as a DNA capacity for you…
One of the invaluable benefits I gained from the 67 steps is the idea to consider getting tired in the noonish hours a signal that it is time to lie down and read.
This midday break disrupts the societal pull to do the useful, the purposeful, the goal-oriented stuff… that makes us dull, dutiful, and lopsided… boring.
What is soul correction and why would the “divine” part of you need correction?
Let me explain:
The Universe has three energetic components: the positive, the negative, and the neutral.
This repeats itself on every level, the micro and the macro…
On the macro level the positive, giving component is The Force. The negative, receiving component are the souls, and the neutral/restrictive component is the individual’s consciousness.
Note: body type is not the same as your state. You can be any body type and still have deranged Vata… the first topic of this article…
Ignorance in looking at all aspects of your body and your food can result in unexpected consequences: bad, disturbed sleep, anxiety, tiredness, dry mouth, dry eyes, and unjustified hunger-like feelings around your diaphragm… a horizontal muscle just above your stomach.
Irregular digestion, gas, constipation, intestinal cramps, poor assimilation and fatigue.
It may even feel like fear… but it isn’t…
It may be accompanied by slight nausea… but it’s not a s
