Visualization is a tool to accomplish what you want, but it can also be the tool to diagnose what you are not resonating with. Or a tool to get trapped in the desire trap.
The ultimate clue as to what you can have and hold onto, is to what degree you can visualize, what detail, what variety of images you can have in your “movie”.

If you want to raise your vibration to feel better… you are barking up the wrong tree.
People who can’t tolerate negative, unpleasant, ambivalent feelings try to resist them, which is the surest way to make them permanent, or at least last.
What you resist persist… Carl Jung (1875-1961) says, and it is true. ((Psychologically speaking, resistance and resolution are at opposite poles. For resistance has fundamentally to do with not being able, or willing, to deal with the negative experiences in your life. And ultimately your happiness depends a lot more on handling—then letting go of—such adversities than it does, self-protectively, denying them, or fighting against them. In addition, so does (unwittingly) holding onto their associated feelings of hurt, sorrow, anxiety, or anger.

Sometimes the turmoil is caused by some inner pressure that is societally driven.
When being true to yourself is not politically correct.
Your ability, your capacity to hold controversy and ambivalence comes really handy when you have a turmoil.
Why? Because the urge to call the turmoil wrong, and the urge to look for a fix is overwhelming if you don’t have that capacity, that emotional and spiritual maturity.
And most people don’t.

If you found out that all the wrong turns, mistakes you made in your life… probably thousands, you made them because you didn’t see what there was to see.
A number of years ago, one leader in Landmark Education said: Most people either don’t sign up or quit as soon as they see it.
See what? You ask…
See that the solution to the issues of their lives, the decisions that would have taken them to success were there, but they didn’t see them.
I didn’t see them, and you didn’t see them.
Moreover… no matter how many times I notice that I didn’t see something, the fact doesn’t change: I don’t see what is there… I see something else.
Attachments are like snakes you have hanging from you
I am trying to organize the information I provide people when they ask for their vibration, or whether they have attachments or not.
On a lark I measured if the student in the previous article had attachments. She felt so imprisoned… there must be a reason.
To my surprise she has 10 attachments.

When I first did the Landmark Forum (actually it was called The Forum in 1987) I remember, distinctly, experiencing, for the first time, that I am not alone. There was so much misery shared in that room, that it caused a kind of comradery ((special friendship, or experience of being in battle together, that have experienced the crucible of combat together)), I wasn’t familiar with.
