Efforting is a concept. But doing things, learning things, unlearning things, is sometimes hard work. And for most people, who are attracted to the Effortless Abundance idea, work is a dirty word.

I have built a latticework, but I did not do it consciously. I just noticed that I had it and others didn’t. As usual I wrote down the question before i went to sleep last night, but the answer wasn’t there this morning. Only the question. Urgently. So I came to my computer, and the first link I clicked took me to an answer. Maybe THE answer. No accidents there… I clicked on a link on a website I normally don’t click on anything. …and neither do or know their mentors, their trainers, their managers, their teachers. (( I once had a boy friend who bought tree ornaments as gifts every Christmas. Even to people who didn’t have a tree… ;-/ One of the barriers to real knowledge, I have found in my students, is compartmentalizing. The opposite of compartmentalizing is the integrative approach… I first saw this phenomenon in 1988, when i first read the famous book, What Color Is Your Parachute. The core of that book is completely wasted on 99% of the readers. The core that talks about portable, transferable skills. The reason people don’t get it, because they cannot see the integrative aspec The main difference between a human and a human being, the next level of human evolution, is an inner difference. Not biological, physical, physiological. Instead a difference in what tells the one and the other to do things, what attitude to have, how to do things. Humans listen to memes, the voices. Voices that are not the human’s friends, voices that have no rhyme and reason, voices that make the human misbehave, and take actions that on the long run make him miserable. Humans say things, but they don Of these humility is primary. Humility is what gets us out of our head, and makes us look again. The mood of this: maybe I didn’t see it right! We all know people who didn’t look twice, and walked into a trap, walked into disaster with their heads high, no idea that the trap is there. And how you do anything is how you do everything. I spend a large chunk of the day allowing it to do what it does… It is allowing whatever is going on in the brain and in the body to go on… The best way is to make yourself busy. Washing the dishes, vacuuming, doing the laundry, walking, or playing Freecell… One of the useless things Tai teach is what he calls armchair meditation. He wants you to do serious linear thinking… which is proven to be a lot less accurate than your other than conscious brain doing the work unattended. Why? Because the other than conscious mind is not corrupted. It doesn’t think one thing is good becau Engagement is making a commitment… But commitment is tricky. Real commitment comes from the Intrinsic Self, and you don’t need to make it. It is what the Intrinsic Self wants you to do… Most things you call commitment, are impositions on the Intrinsic Self, impositions on you. Duty, obligation, drudgery. They come from either an outside goal or an ego goal… and they don’t get the support of the Intrinsic Self. The engagement period drives up the real sentiments, and if there is any honesty, will prove or disprove the authenticity of the commitment. Authenticity means: coming from the intrinsic Self. Just do this and this and this… and you’ll be happy, wealthy, healthy, and in love. Every profession has their “this is the way, this is the truth” postage stamp size area where they dance… The medical establishment, pharmaceuticals, psychologists, religion, education, and even the “spiritual” or “alternative” people. I am a people watcher. I watch their behavior. I watch what they welcome, love, what they tolerate, what they avoid. I remember I was about 30, and I said: this is exactly 57 times more complicated than that. Because it is a weird number. Two reasons: I have just got a glimpse of a flaw that most everyone I know has… including myself… at least in some areas. How to start preparing your brain to build a latticework to hang new knowledge on?

With regards to the title… I am not suggesting that you become like Jesus… but become like the Creator, who supposedly said: there shall be light… or whatever he said… This Creator created with his word.
