No advice, no course, no program can give you everything…
… including my health consultation… unless…
What is this unless, that has been showing up in articles, for the past few days?
Unless you have a basic and accurate understanding of life, of health, or physics, of chemistry, of biology, of spirituality, no program is going to do much for you.
This is the main reason most programs have only a 1-10% results rate… Not because the programs a bad, but because the participants don’t know much of anything.
And I am talking about you.
Even if you are a reader… you don’t understand what you read, unless you have a basic foundation to understand what you are reading, to build a
I suddenly got a glimpse why people are resisting doing my 67 steps coaching.
It came from Step 19 of the 67 steps… where you are asked to budget lots of money to just read… Read anything… Any good book.
And the resistance of people is tremendous. Because… this is what I wrote to a student of mine (whose yet unattainable goal is to make money) in my coaching:
I think admitting that you need to raise your foundation, from which you attempt to make money is difficult, because it is like a summary judgment on YOU…
“do you mean I am not good enough to make money the way I am”
Humans have a dual nature, that is the enemy of growth, enemy of learning, enemy to the survival of the species…
Arrogance and pride…
Arrogance is duality in itself.
It says,
on one hand: I already know. I know. I am beyond that.
on the other hand: OMG, I am so stupid. I make so many mistakes. I better slow down, and not be so sure.
What “it” says it knows? Everything. It knows if it is worth it to listen. It knows if it can. It knows the future, the past, what it means, what it doesn’t mean, what it’s about, what is important and what isn’t.
All the background stuff… the stuff that is largely invisible.
In this article I will share with you a period of my life when things happened with a lightening fast speed, and I made those things happen.
It was 1988, and around February I got fired. It was my fault… I forgot that I was supposed to lie to cover for my employer… and I let the truth slip. So I got fired.
Then I got really depressed. I got thrown out of a program I loved and was really good at in Landmark…
I had no income, no hopes for income, and I was depressed.
I started to go to a 12-step program and with a little help, ok, a lot of pushing, I did start to look what I wanted to do with the rest of my life, now that everything I knew was closed for me.
This is a long article… about WildFit… Eric Edmeades program that is opening on September 15 on MindValley… and it answers the question: should you do it? Is it any good? What is the truth value? What is the lie value? Worth reading… I think.
I am still on Mindvalley’s mailing list under a fake name… and from time to time I even open their email… like yesterday.
It seems that they are doing a new class with Eric Edmeades and his Wildfit program.
So I watched some of the videos, signed up to a pre-recorded webinar, and diligently muscle tested… because the claims are so seductive and so believable, that I needed to keep myself from being sucked in.
Methods of getting unstuck… If you know you are stuck… in a rut, a behavior, in a cycle, in a predictable outcome, or on a plateau
Method one: What is my context that is keeping me stuck? Who am I being?
or said in another way: who am I being that is not in alignment with the Original Design…with the intention of the Soul, which is the part of me that comes from the Original Design?
The Original Design has one main distinction: what is your desire?
Is your desire for yourself (or your group) alone? Do others, outside of yourself or your group benefit if you receive what you desire?
Regardless of what you do, how you do it, how good or bad your life is… you are always stuck… Stuck in some deep bad place, or stuck on a plateau… stuck is stuck.
So learning what keeps you stuck and how to unstuck yourself, at will, is one of the most important things you can do… and the sooner the better. Because being stuck is not fun.
Cognitive biases, those knee jerk reaction tiny pieces of automatic responses, are at the root of your misery.
Many of my coaching students are at a crucial point in their lives where unless something happens, they probably won’t move forward.
Fear, unclarity, self-centeredness, belligerence…
The main attitude is different. Not one person resembles another in what seems to block their path.
It’s the coach’s brilliance, creativity, insight that will either make a difference or not. What is clear is this: unless someone or something helps them through… they will stay this side of the great barrier.
Great responsibility, but I am up for it.
What is the capacity I need to be OK with this responsibility? It is self-trust. Self trust says: I can dea
OK, let’s start at the beginning. What is an ess… right? lol. Evolutionary Stable Strategy… ess.
Unless you are my student, or you’ve read about the selfish gene, you don’t know what I am talking about.
It’s about evolution. It’s about the genes that use life-forms as vehicles for their own purposes.
A pigeon is a life form, and it is a vehicle for its selfish genes.
A worm is also a life form, and so is an elephant.
Human is also a life-form, the only one, so far, that is in conflict with the selfish gene.
With the new phenomenon: consciousness, humans are at odds with their own genes… the “vehicle” is revolting again
Sounds simple, right? self-image means: how you see yourself… but nothing internal is as simple and as straight as that?
The way scientists, medical practitioners, diet-cults, pharmaceutical companies work is called linear reductionism… ((
reductionism
[ri-duhk-shuh-niz-uh m]

the theory that every complex phenomenon, especially in biology or psychology, can be explained by analyzing the simplest, most basic physical mechanisms that are in operation during the phenomenon.
