When you become aware of your urges… a feeling that urges you to do something, mostly to relieve a tension, a pain, a fear, you’ll probably find this fear of being left out, being left behind.
Urges make you do self-destructive, self-damaging things. Things that when you watch other people do them, you shake your head.
Fear of being left out, fear of being left behind has an age associated with it. It’s young. And your behavior to “fix it” will be young too.
You can lie to yourself, but you can’t lie to me or The culture of “good enough” fun
One of my students wrote to me this morning. He said:
Ok I finished my billing the other day but something I didn’t catch yesterday and this morning I got caught in my lie of not generating I relaxed. I now know I have to be more aware of this now.
Oh that… the hidden reason so many quit. The hidden reason why people quit before they get results. The hidden reason life is a series of flashes in the pan for most people.
It can be best illustrated with a story I have shared time and again, but it fits here perfectly.
The dog wakes up one morning a
You don’t have to deserve something to be deserving
Let me ask you something: do you have to deserve a body? Did you have to deserve to be able to read?
No. Deserving is much more basic, and much more profound than that kind of deserving, which would equate the word with earning.
Earning is a mercantile world’s word: it measures your work, or your merchandise against the asking price… earning.
But deserving is different, regardless how crazy that word drove me when I was a kid. My kid brother whining that he deserved whatever he was whining about.
I didn’t think I deserved anything, so he asserting that he de
What are skills? I bet you have no clue… or you would be building them…
Don’t feel stupid, 99% of all people have no idea what skills are. This is one of the secrets that make people stuck in the dead end job they are in… not knowing what skills are, and not knowing what their skills are.
Skills are abilities, true and tried abilities you have used and used them well enough to succeed.
Skill means: you can do something. well enough.
Driving is a skill. Cooking is a skill, Shoppin
Meaningful life is what you want? Let’s see how you can get that…
People who have meaningful work, want to work more… they work willingly, study willingly, grow willingly. ((Meaningful work means you see the results of your work readily.))
What could you do to steal meaning into your life? So you can have a meaningful life?
The new year is coming. It is customary to make inventory, and to set direction for the new year around this time of the year… even though you are busy planning for Christmas.
Christmas is the right time… With your Observer, with your Witness, watch your level of abundance, your level of grace and ease, your level of love wit
Courage: a paradigm away
I had an interesting insight yesterday: you don’t know what it feels like to have courage available to you.
When you apply courage, it just feels like you are doing what you are doing, what you were afraid of. Normal.
Which indicates to me, that courage is a paradigm-shifter.
Paradigm is like a glass ceiling. A one-side mirror. When you are in a higher paradigm, you can see what is below you, but if you are still in a lower paradigm, you cannot see what’s above. In fact you don’t know there is something, anything.

As I am dealing with the issue of courage, I realized something that I had never quite seen before: All the quotes, all the memes, all the nice sayings on the internet have one function only: to make you stay the same. And by same I mean driven by ego, fear, cowardice, slothfulness, superiority, pretense… etc. Now, that is a bold statement, after all those quotes and memes, and nice sayings, and even coaching claim and sound and look inspiring. And therein lies the mischief: They suggest that you can just simple want it more, choose it, believe it and then you can have it… whatever the I activate a new capacity. If you used it, a whole new world would open up for you… But for you nothing happened… But what just happened? When I activate a new capacity, you have an opportunity. You either take it or you don’t. Opportunities come with a count-down-timer… They expire. That’s why the phrase says: window of opportunity… You continue doing what you have always done, exactly the way you have always done it. What happens? The opportunity closes. That’s it. Good bye. There are 160 capacities that you could, potentially, activate. I wa I hope you can see my methodology: The truth, the big picture, and all the details are in the hidden dimension of the universe. And to unfold any of it, work is needed. Persistent poking of the box. Some cultures are box-pokers, and others are complacent, satisfied with the size of their jail cell. I come from a box-poker culture. Individuals, of course, differ in their level of desire to go beyond the walls… But the average, the culture, is either box poker or not… degrees again… not black and white. Whether a culture is box pok I have been re-reading Dan Millman’s The Life You Were Born To Live. I don’t know why I am reading it, but here is what I have found that is worth mentioning: The role of half truths in no evolution of the human race
