In the 67 steps there is a method to make decisions using a calculator. Nine out of ten students skip it, the one that does it does it shabbily. Students won’t do it or won’t do it right even after I send them back to do it. Why? Because the method uses questions that you
First: Heartmath has a theory, that the heart has a lot of brain cells in it and they can be influenced just like the brain can be… The promise is of Heartmath is to help you calm down and handle … Continue reading “Vibrational Review: Heartmath Institute”
We live in a culture that wants answers, certainty, security, and abhors uncertainty. We live in a culture that we want instant results… and we act accordingly. So my work doesn’t appeal to many people, because I am an experimenter. … Continue reading → Related Posts: The biggest challenge in transformation and a free video […]
I just exchanged emails with the author of the Feelings book, Gyozo Margoczi.
Gyozo means Winner, or Victor in Hungarian… someone who wins over something or someone.
My name: Sophie, means Wisdom.
Names can be taken two ways:
1. you are that
2. you need to become that
He wrote the books. Major accomplishment. Big win… mostly like a tree falling in a forest that didn’t make a sound because there was no one to hear it… until I came along.
Now I am taking what I learned from him, and still learn through the emails, and I am running with it.
He is stuck in his 9-5, family, financial obligations.
This is a hypothesis that will need to be confirmed with tests. I could also say: it’s a hunch.
And my hunch is that the less trustworthy you are the less trust you have. Period.
Hah, but trust, as a verb, is transitive.
So let’s see what COULD you trust, if you did:
1. trust in yourself… aka self-trust.Trusting that what comes out of your mouth is the truth
Trusting that you can
Trusting that you will
Trusting that your “beliefs” are accurate
Trusting that you can meet your own expectations of yourself
Trusting that you can meet other people’s expectations
and probably a lot more. We’ll talk about “beliefs” that everyone seems to know what they me
Does it matter whether this Universe with you in it is a hologram or not?
Great question, isn’t it? I am very proud of myself for asking it.
But if I get an answer, and I go “yes”, unless I find out what exactly I asked that was answered, I am as dumb and assuming as I was before I asked the question.
So, what way can it matter whether this/you are a hologram or not?
Emotionally
Physically
As a context… inside which we live this life of struggle…
Had I asked you a different question: does it matter whether there is a god or not, you would have, already ready, your opinion.
If you are on this site, you will find yourself, more or less, in this article. And it may change your life.
A student writes,
Hi Sophie, I think I take trivial and superficial things too seriously. How can I let go of these immaterial incidents or people and focus on important things that truly matter to me?
I also find out that sometimes I become the victim of scams.
this was my answer
This is the sign of two things, Kate: 1. your map of reality isn’t very similar to reality. 2. you have too much importance attached to nice words about you… i.e. you want to be defined by words not by your actions.
It is the main reason I read the book Feelings, to f
If you suck the last little bit of energy out of your battery and then charge it, next day it will give you a little more… ((I just read that this is not true for all types of batteries… well, it is true for most people…)
But if you suck the energy sparingly, if you are more worried about the battery than about building something with the energy… at the end of the day energy is left in the battery.
You charge it overnight, and next day the battery will show full, but its full is only the 70% you used the day before…
And little by little, your sparing the battery attitude, your stinginess leaves you with hardly any energy to get things done, to think, to dream, to imagine, to be
This is paraphrasing the famous Leo Tolstoy quote: “All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.” This is the Anna Karenina principle… As all principles do, it applies to many, maybe even all areas of life. A principle is the same as a distinction… I say.
But truth is, if you know distinctions, if you know patterns, there are only about 50 different ways to get stuck… and your way is just one or two of those.
When people want to raise their vibration, when people want to improve their lives, ultimately I recommend that they start with increasing their cell hydration.
The cell, when it is struggling to perform the functions the cell is designed to do, has a real hard time to give you energy for life.
The life that you want to live needs you to have a lot more energy than you have, physical energy, emotional energy, intellectual energy, spiritual energy. And when your cells are dehydrated they can’t give it to you.
I don’t know if it is true that death is when enough of your cells die because of dehydration, but it makes a lot of sense.
