Being able to be with what isn’t nice, what isn’t pretty, what isn’t pleasant, what is risky… facing the truth, facing the tiger
I had a webinar today. It was my regular monthly public webinar… but this time I wanted to show how to measure your food and supplements… so you don’t depend on me for all your answers.
I had to use my webcam, obviously, to show what I needed to show, for muscle testing is highly physical.
I look the way I look… not well groomed, I have a barber buzz-cut my hair, it is thinning, no makeup… and I had to stare at my reflection the whole time.
I don’t even look in the mirror, not even once a day.
I didn’t like the way I looked, but that is how I look.
We are all born seeing ourselves as the center of the world. We don’t know we are the center of our world… we just don’t know there is any other vantage point to look from.
Most of us never learn it.
Like one of my students: every time I recommend anything, she answers: “I agree…”
She hasn’t crossed that threshold, that divide between infant and even toddler… absolutely and completely ignorant to the fact that using the personal vantage point is ineffective, because it is delusional.
This is also true if and when you can see that other people see things differently from how you see them, but your view is accurate and theirs is inaccurate.
Caring One of my students bought the subscriber special deal last night… but after paying, she didn’t go and get it, so I had to do it manually for her. She said when I brought this up: “My daughter was … Continue reading → Related Posts: Does it ever happen to you that you talk […]
Methods of getting unstuck… If you know you are stuck… in a rut, a behavior, in a cycle, in a predictable outcome, or on a plateau
Method one: What is my context that is keeping me stuck? Who am I being?
or said in another way: who am I being that is not in alignment with the Original Design…with the intention of the Soul, which is the part of me that comes from the Original Design?
The Original Design has one main distinction: what is your desire?
Is your desire for yourself (or your group) alone? Do others, outside of yourself or your group benefit if you receive what you desire?
What is the mechanism of the machine that you are, that is used to define your actions, your moods, your attitude? As I said in a few previous articles, your actions, your thoughts, your moods, your attitudes will be correlated … Continue reading → Related Posts: Can you change your money DNA, your love DNA, […]
The inner view and the outer view of who you are are vastly different. Your chances for success, love, happiness depend on the accuracy of your self-image. ((self-im·age

Do you know that people see you differently than you see yourself? And both you and other people see you differently than you actually are.
You may see yourself worse or better or just plain different than you really are… and so do others.
Your life would work better if the two views were closer. You’d h
Why do I write? Who do I write for? What is important to me? These are the questions are occupying my thoughts…
I just finished reading 1984, Orwell’s novel. I am not an American, so I never even heard about it until about 1984… In Hungary it is not a recommended reading.
It was a traumatic experience for me, much like Brave New World was back in 1977 when I first read it. Much soul searching followed, I am not quite done with the soul searching.
I mentioned to my driver that I read the book… and from her response, I think I was lucky: the best way to make an important b
I love reading. My favorite books tear down the proverbial curtain of the Wizard of Oz.
And my favorite activities… you could guess, are when I can tear down the curtain… and actually show the naked reality of things…
I find delight in it.
I used to be a dreamer, an escape artist, an avoider.
I saw reality so distasteful, myself so unattractive and unbecoming, that I went into daydreaming, and fantasizing, and imagery to find solace.

I haven’t become more attractive, but I have stopped hoping that being attractive, or heroic, or good, or altruistic, or brilliant, or whatever would buy me something I’d actually want.
