People who can’t tolerate negative, unpleasant, ambivalent feelings try to resist them, which is the surest way to make them permanent, or at least last.
What you resist persist… Carl Jung (1875-1961) says, and it is true. ((Psychologically speaking, resistance and resolution are at opposite poles. For resistance has fundamentally to do with not being able, or willing, to deal with the negative experiences in your life. And ultimately your happiness depends a lot more on handling—then letting go of—such adversities than it does, self-protectively, denying them, or fighting against them. In addition, so does (unwittingly) holding onto their associated feelings of hurt, sorrow, anxiety, or anger.

The quality of your life depends on your overall intelligence… intellect, body intelligence, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, the ability to lie a full life, with a range of emotions, and to conquer difficulties, adversities successfully.
You are born with certain DNA defined potentials. No doubt about that. Your ancestry and its habits lead to your DNA being allowing and restrictive, and yet, all human capacities are encoded in your DNA… but what is not needed, what was not needed by your ancestors is dimmed out… “not needed”, Nature decided…
My site gets a lot of hits… people looking to find out how they too could become astute…
Astute people are happier, wealthier, more popular than others.
Of course they are looking for a quick fix to what the opposite of astute is: blindness, unawareness, cluelessness, being a bumbling idiot, or not being able tell their elbow from their ass.
I am not talking down at anyone… I was looking at myself to come up with those opposites.
We are clueless some of the time, most of us: most of the time.
I watched this hour and a half long documentary on Sun Tzu’s lessons, and real historical wars America fought inside and outside of America.
I wept throughout.
I value, overall, human life. Even if it is the life of someone I don’t like, don’t respect, or who is the enemy.

So I had no idea what may happen, what could happen, given the energy.
The psychologist, Paul Ekman. who discovered the micro expressions slowed down the film to see the emotion that gave the suicidal woman’s despair away.
Slowing down your reactions will show you your real emotions… so you know, so you know what you are running away from.
Slowing down you may be able to find your strait and narrow… your path to your own happiness and fulfillment.
Fast isn’t going to cut it.

The fence that is built fast will fall down fast… and it is true for everything.
This is my “response”… more like reaction to nearly every task I need to do in my business.
I am not naturally and innately the surrendering type. I am fiercely independent, and I even abhor my own ideas that make me do something… almost anything.
My dominant mode is “avoid domination”…
Your dominant mode is predetermined in your soul correction, and one of your activities, throughout your lifetime, is to tame that beast… Oh, your dominant mode is like a beast that prevents you from climbing the tree of life, from raising your consciousness, raising your vibration.
So what could be YOUR dominant mode? Your dominant approach to life, other p
I am using Rob Brezsny’s words here… maybe his English communicates better than mine: ANTI-INSTRUCTIONS Exaggerate your flaws till they turn into virtues Pretend your wounds are exotic tattoos Refuse the gifts that infringe on your freedom Shun sacred places … Continue reading → Related Posts: Happiness is wanting what you have All you can […]
